I got the sample pack. If I had picked out the ones that I wanted, I probably would have ended up spending more. I already have a recipe planed, shisha strawberry vanilla Swirl, using the cap shisha strawberry and shisha vanilla, plus tpa vanilla swirl.
Good morning. I’m going to try hard to wait to order any new flavors. I haven’t been mixing much new stuff for a while now. I went through the blog the other day and picked a few I might mix. Reviews have been keeping me busy again so little time to think of recipes.

I would love 8 hours of uninterruped sleep. Even when I get a good nights sleep it's not without getting up to P.
Just back from the doc's. I really like her. My first trip to the er was needed but she said the other two trips were probably not needed. Even with my BP so high I had no symptoms. She is of the opinion that worry is raising my BP. I have an opinion that she's right cause it just not normal to check your BP so much.
