85 here today. Rain is coming on Tues so I had to give the lawn its first haircut of the year. Sure am glad I have a rider now. The new grass laid by the sewer crew was up way over my knees, they said to let it grow for a while to lay down roots.

It is. They planted the seed late fall last year. Today it was way longer than the rest of the grass in my yard.

Our weather is still all 50's and 60's. At least no more 40's are showing. The weather says 62 for today which is supposed to be sunny. The sun will be nice.

Cloudy with a high of 75 and 89% humidity. Ugh on the humidity. We might get some storms, possibly severe, this afternoon. The conditions are ripe for it. Warm, moist air...all we need is for some of Fran's cooler air to come our way and BOOM, thunderstorms.

It is sunny today but with a lot of clouds. It's warm in the sun but not so much when a cloud covers the sun. I sat out til a clould came along. I'll probably do that again soon.

I'll keep the temperatures. 80s is perfect. I won't mind the rain as we need it, but it's the severe weather that is concerning. It's tornado season. I'd hate to wake up one morning to find that I've been blown into Okie country.

Where's everyone? I started to take my walk and was on a roll. I got 2 1/3 laps done when my earbuds died. I just went to the mailbox then home. I'm charging up the earbuds now. If it doesn't rain, I'll try again later.
