Anyone hear from SMT lately? Hope he's successfully dealing with whatever the issues were, miss his presence...

I've still been having a chat with him via FB messenger on a semi regular basis and he has been going well but still very quiet so I gather he needs a little more time to get back to 100% SMT! I'll be stirring him up over the weekend for another chat to see how he is going, I'll tell him everyone misses him and his shenanigans!!

Yeah - hope he's doing well.

Sometimes a break is good. I took 6 months off ECF when I retired. Needed that time to get comfortable in my new life.

Good evening. The wife is making ribs in the oven that should be done in about 30 minutes. The neighbor next door has a bunch of people over with a couple kids. We used to do the driveway fireworks with the kids when they were younger. I had fun but don’t miss spending hundreds on fireworks. I can’t imagine what they cost now.

Good evening random folks. I really didn't have any plans for the 4th, but ended up going out for barbecue with my mom then going over to my brother's. We set off a few small fireworks and watched as his neighbors set off what must have been thousands of dollars worth of fireworks. There were at least 4 different groups setting them off. It was like a 3 ring circus. No matter which way you looked, there was a show.
