Some time next week, probably Tuesday or Wednesday, I'm going to try and bump up my distance to 2 miles on the treadmill. When I'm walking in the park, I'm at 3 miles, but the pace is a lot slower.
I’m happy with 1 1/2 mile but sometimes go over.

    Morning, mixers.

Still hot here, too, and that's the guess for the next 7 days...Hose detail this AM, before it's too hot to bother.

Good morning. Did everyone sleep in today?

Nope. But 4:42 is a tad early ;)

There's no peace for vapers. I couldn't taste fruit until last year when I suddenly started liking it. So I made a bunch of fruit recipes and dropped my old savory flavors. Now I'm all fruit, but I'm starting to get bored. Pulled out some old bottles, Ginger and Earl Gray and marzipan. Didn't like any of them anymore. Now I have to figure out some new non-fruit recipes.

My old hometown Sunderland in the UK is in the news right now. Major riots protesting against Moslems because of a mass killing of children by someone who turned out to not be a Moslem. The only other time Sunderland hit the news in the US was when it was the first UK town reported to have voted for Brexit. That didn't make much sense either. We only had one industry, ship building, and Thatcher shut it down overnight. For 2 decades it was a desert with 20% unemployment. 80% unemployment for kids one year out of school. Then the place was rebuilt with huge grants from the EU and it's a boom town now.

Hope you find something you like to vape.
