Howdy Fran, random folks. I tried for a workout this evening, but barely managed a mile, but with getting up early and all the walking I did at the hospital (I had to walk out to my truck everytime i needed to vape.), I'm tired. I'm at my place, waiting for time to go pick up my pizza and go out to Mom's. Ever had a German sausage pizza? That's what I ordered and they are good...German sausage, saurkraut, and spicy mustard on a pizza crust.

Howdy Terry. I got my morning mile and my afternoon half mile as usual. With all the extra steps today I ended up with 1.7 mile.

I got in a workout and changed to take the dog out for a long walk. She was excited to go. My wife went over to the outlaws house to visit. I dodged that bullet.
