    Morning, mixers.

Plans... change the sheets, laundry, Seahawks :)

Thuja plicata is a large evergreen coniferous tree in the family Cupressaceae, native to the Pacific Northwest of North America. Its common name is western redcedar in the U.S.[2] or western red cedar in the UK,[3] and it is also called pacific red cedar, giant arborvitae, western arborvitae, just cedar, giant cedar, or shinglewood.[4] It is not a true cedar of the genus Cedrus. T. plicata is the largest species in the genus Thuja, growing up to 70 metres (230 ft) tall and 7 m (23 ft) in diameter.

Uh, yes, it CAN get big! :) But the "average" growth of about 2' per years gives some time ;)

    Somewhere between here and there
I had to go over to the outlaws house to troubleshoot a problem with the ceiling fan in their living room. I don’t know for sure but am guessing that the remote control box I installed years ago may be going out. I pulled the wall switch and tested it then tried the remote and it was working.

Howdy random folks. Today at work, anything that could go wrong, did. My van was low on gas from the start, so I go to gas up. These vans have a gas filter that is perpetually clogged so you have to fill them up slowly, but the one I had today was worse than usual. I could only run the gas in at a mere trickle and I wasted 30 minutes just fueling up. Then for the first stop the scanner tried sending me in the wrong direction, which it will do at times. Fortunately I figured this out quickly and used my phone GPS instead. There is a long county road that the program has the addresses in the wrong order, so anytime I have a delivery on that road, I have to use the phone, plus the delivery stops are routed inefficiency. I had 5 deliveries on that road today. The worse thing though, was all of the sudden my driver's door wouldn't latch shut, making it unsafe to drive. I called my supervisor and she had me call a tow truck. After I did, I noticed that a piece of plastic had broke off the frame and was keeping the latch shut. I drove to my house and got a pair of pliers and fished out the plastic and that worked. I lost another 30 minutes there, but it beats a couple of hours being towed. I had several other things not go right, but those were the main ones. I'm glad my shift is over.
