Good morning mixers,

I trained today, another 70 minutes on the spin bike.

I possibly went too hard today, the famous wall came with a kaboom after 13 minutes.
I use a watch that shows heart rate so I really knew that the amount of watts would not work today.
Tried many ways lol to see if I could rehab the body, but no.
The remaining 57 minutes were painful but rewarding at the same time.
All in all, I trained my heart and blood vessels for close to 60 minutes today, which is a clear record.

    I got my walk in the park done, 3 laps or 2.25 miles. I could've gone further but my foot was hurting earlier today and I didn't want to overdo it. The weather is beautiful in the mornings, sunny and in the 60s. Still shorts and t-shirt weather here. High will be 89⁰ today, and in the low 90s for the rest of the week. Come Monday, we cool off a bit to 80⁰. I also managed to take a lot of boxes to the recycling bin and another load to storage, mainly a couple of tables. One was the replacement for the one that arrived damaged. I also decided 2 tables wasn't going to be enough so I bought a 3rd.
