if I were to make a blackberry crumble - based on several DL BC descriptions I've read...........
not trying to clone it - simply looking at ideas for a blackberry crumble
I would likely start with........
FLV Blackberry 1% (fairly strong flavor)
or
WF Mora (Blackberry) 1.5% - 2%
[my personal preference w/most fruits is to start low in a mix]
WF Crumble Topping 0.75%
FA Cookie 1% - 1.5% (gritty texture)
FLV Cream 1%
[a cream to help pull everything together
and to add some moistness]
SSA Butter 0.5% - 0.75%
[or FA Butter 0.5% / VT Butter Base 0.75%]
CAP Super Sweet 0.25% (to start)
<<< and from those 'ideas' --- I would do something like this >>>
FLV Blackberry 1%
FA Cookie 1%
WF Crumble Topping 0.6%
FLV Cream 1%
SSA Butter 0.6%
CAP Super Sweet 0.25%
and that ^^^^^^ would leave me room to adjust %'s upward, if/as needed
