Good evening. Work went pretty well today. I did my month end report and had a really good month last month. I’m going to try to work on my blackberry recipe this weekend. I need to mix a larger bottle of the beginning mix so I can split it up to try different flavors with it.

I think I’ll go ahead and mix it tonight. I’m already thinking I need more butter in it. There’s something in the original that makes me taste almost a gritty texture but don’t know what it is and I don’t always get it.

Could take awhile to get it right.

Just the addition of sweetener made a big difference. I can tell something is still missing but it’s improving.

What percent of sweetener is an enhancer?

When I use one of the sweeteners to enhance a mix, it's anywhere from a single drop (in 10/15/30 mls) to 0.25% (30ml) and as high as 0.5% (30ml).

I would never use a sweetener above 0.5% in any mix.

A gritty texture, sounds like a cookie or maybe a cake flavor ( perhaps ??? ).

Or maybe, WF Crumble Topping ???
That would certainly add a gritty texture and also some sweetness.
