High of 27 today and it's supposed to snow all day. Lake Effect thing. So far it's just a scattering of very large snowflakes.
Doing OK with lemon. I mixed some with FE Lemon and SSA Whipped Cream, with a couple of drops of super sweet. First time I've used the Whipped Cream. It's good but still less than a week old. The cream is getting steadily stronger and starting to bury the lemon. I have another one steeping which is a single flavor, SSA Lemon Wafer Cream. Trying to keep myself from hitting it too soon. I'm not very good at patience.

I got in a much needed workout. The wife couldn’t sleep and was up twice this morning. I’m not going to wake her. She can sleep as late as she wants.
I bought a couple things cause I couldn't turn down the prices. They won't be for Christmas though. Next birthdays will get them. My Christmas shopping is done. Waiting for the last couple things to show up.
I've been checking out the online sales today but just bought 2 things so far.

Just checking in, vape break. I'm about halfway done with the cookies. Since I loaned my dd one of my baking stones, I can only do about 8 cookies at a time, and I have to let them cool a bit before taking them off the stone. That makes for some slow going. I also have to wait for my mail to arrive, because I didn't have enough sand to fill the sandbags to hold down the tent legs. Once I get the sand, I got to finish up filling the bags and load everything up. Then I should be ready.
A long-sleeved T-shirt, a cardigan, and two pairs of socks. Sometimes a hat on windy days (my house is very drafty, and I live in the windiest spot in town).

I have a custard recipe made up that's finally ready after a month steeping away! It's a slight twist on a recipe from Lynda Marie on elr, Car-nilla Custard. I just subbed a couple of flavours that I didn't have and made it my own recipe, here's my Killa Vanilla Custard
I've mixed this recipe up before and it's just so so yummy
I used to keep it at 52, but I've gone soft.

I also have Lynda's og version saved as well but haven't given it a mix yet.
I finally mixed up a tester for lukeloop's Yellow Matter Custard the other night. (well, I had to sub for the Holy Vanilla so it won't be 100% YMC)
I've been meaning to try that one for about two years now.
I forget, did you try TBDjohn's Best D___ Mango yet?
I "printed" it out for a test batch just this morning but haven't gotten it to a bottle yet.
