I hear you......something changed in my circadium rhythm many years back. Used to sleep until 7-8....now it's 3:30-4:30. Have you tried a daylight lamp? I know it helps a lot of people.

I took a couple of bottles of base out of the freezer so tonight I'm planning to do some mixing. Including three 30ml bottles of different lemon recipes. Think I'm close to getting a good one. I can't put the lemon down right now, it's different to all my other flavors. Trouble is I'm going through the 10ml test bottles so fast they never get to steep.
