It's 63⁰ right now, with a high of 67⁰. Yesterday it got up to 72⁰. A bit warm for December, but I'm not complaining. I'm in shorts and a t-shirt right now. There's a good chance of rain tonight.
It’s downtown and dinner isn’t served until 7:30. So I have to come home from downtown then drive back and it’s prime time for people partying downtown on a Friday. There’s a few of us that really don’t want to go but feel like we have to.Good morning, hittWhy are you dreading your work dinner?

When I got in my car to leave the appointment, I could tell I immediately felt better. I need to quit being so hard headed and go to the chiropractor more often.Crossing fingers for ya.

Tonight I was idly listening to old music on youtube. I do that sometimes while I'm mixing. Got half a dozen regulars mixed, plus a couple of 30's of lemon stuff.
Listened to some early Bowie and happened on his first appearance on TV which I never saw before. He was 14 and the leader of a goofy organisation called society for the defence of long haired guys or somesuch. He was on stage with half a dozen other long haired 14 year olds being interviewed on BBC. That's long as in covering their ears. At that age I would have been sent home from school if my hair covered my ears and he was 3 years older than me. He started the session with a short speech about the hardships of being a guy with long hair. One of the kids said, someone asked me if I was a girl last month. Other stuff like that.
He was so cool and self assured at 14.

Good morning. We had our insurance meeting yesterday and sat down with the wife. The premiums went down and we can now add dental and vision if we want. We don’t need vision but will add the dental so I’ll end up paying about the same as before but will have dental for that price. When my youngest ages out in a year and a half then our premium will drop significantly.

Power went out overnight, somewhere around 4 am ish, Nasty windstorms all over.... Power back about 9:45.... first the furnace, then the coffee.
