Good evening. Work was ok. My pain level is much better today after the chiropractor visit. I may go back one more time.
Dd and the two boys are decorating the tree. It's had lights for awhile now but just getting the decor now.

I had a couple last minute gifts to wrap for the wife. It took almost a month to get here but finally got the Chiefs sweatshirt I ordered for her from the NFL shop. I got her a couple sweaters too from another store with my daughter’s recommendation but after seeing them in person I’m almost positive that the wife will return one.

Home team won! 36-29. The first 3 quarters were kinda boring, but the final quarter was a nail biter as our defense intercepted a Hail Mary pass in the final seconds of the game.
Good morning. Two days left until vacation. I’m actually doing pretty good getting a lot caught up at work. I won’t have everything caught up but should be in good shape when I get back. They will be closed half a day Tuesday and all day Wednesday so nothing new will come in for me.

Sounds like a good plan. A good one can be the best treatment for certain conditions! Get everything properly lined back up, and maybe even another visit or two to keep it that way.

In the early 90's my back used to go out regularly. Doc always said I had pulled something and gave me pills. Got it really bad once and went to a chiro in desperation. She did an Xray and figured out my bottom two vertebrae had got rotated, but the disks were still in good enough shape to recover once the vertebrae were back in position. Took a long time but she got it fixed and I never had a problem since. It left me with a high opinion of chiros.
Back then my work insurance used to give 100% coverage for chiro because it often worked and was much cheaper than medical alternatives. Not any more. Guess it was good for patients but not so good for the billionaires and their politicians. Better stop there before I get into what I really think about insurance executives.
