Yes, not good. I ordered two itanks, a boro tank, and two boxes of Gtx coils. In reality, it will have taken from December to probably March to get the order completed.

I’ve placed a lot of orders with them over the years and never had anything like this happen before. It does make me question myself a little doing reviews for them. It seems to me that I’ve heard shipping complaints about them on and off over time.

Over time I've placed quite a few orders with them , but the last one was a big turnoff.

Good evening. I got home and put together this little four drawer dresser that my wife bought for our oldest daughter who’s going to be moving to a nicer apartment. I foresee a bit of a shopping spree coming. She’s going to go down to stay with her a few days when she moves. I wish she was moving back here instead of a different apartment in Springfield.

You would think that BECAUSE you've done so many reviews for them, they would take better care of YOUR orders. My order is awaiting shipping now....for how long, who knows?
