Morning, mixers.

A bit cooler today, but still dry. Then warmer for the rest of the week, some spots may get to the low 70s.

Warm and dry all week here. On Sat we have a parade led by the town cop in his car and an old guy dressed in an easter bunny outfit riding a 50 year old harley tricycle all fancied up for the parade, The kids march in the parade and the grownups line the streets and hand out treats to the kids. Then there's an easter egg hunt and other fun kid stuff. Unfortunately they are now predicting nonstop heavy rain all day. We have family coming over including GGD and her new brother. We were planning to do a barbeque. Bit of a bummer.

Good afternoon random folks. It's sunny and 77⁰ here with a high guessed at 83⁰. It's supposed to be cooler and rainy this weekend. The trim out guys are at my place, fixing the little bit of damage done during the move. The guy that does the skirting and deck should be out today, bringing my temporary steps so I can start moving things in.

It turns out that somebody saw the wisdom of completing my cable at the same time as fixing my mom's, so the cable was done yesterday, and I have an appointment for them to complete it by the time I move in. Water and electric are in process, and should be done before my move in day. That just leaves the septic, which hasn't been started yet, but should begin soon. I anticipate skirting and deck to be done soon, too.
