I saw five :(. You mean I have to wait an additional FOUR weeks??? It’ll be September before I can even test it!!!
Well,if you're happy with it at 5 weeks then call it a win. My mix is only two weeks old.

Yep, 2 week minimum for tasting 4-8 weeks are ideal. It's the same with anything cream cheesy like LA or RF. I had a tester for my FW cheesecake that was amazing after about 3 months. That is why I want to get into big batch mixing for base flavors.
I mixed bases for awhile and decided I wasn't crazy about it. It doesn't allow you to change much, should you want to.

Hard to say with your taste buds Fran.

That Smoked Plum is pretty strong (I find). Start with 1% to test it out. I think I'd be hard pressed to use it higher than 1% as a top note.

My 2% tester was good. I think too high would taste odd between the floral notes and smoke.

    Somewhere between here and there
I have 3 cases full of flavors with few empty spots.Where were all these flavors before I put them in cases???? My drawer divider is still almost full. Amazing.

I think they multiply at night while we're sleeping. Either that or we're ordering in our sleep.

So I was reading on a e liquid DIY blog that he uses Smooth in all his recipes. Thoughts on Smooth flavor as an additive?
I have it but that's all I can tell you. Haven't used it yet. Supposed to smooth the sharp tastes in your juice.

I don't much care for floral vapes that's why I would be hard pressed to use it over 1%. At that percent I just get the smoky pruney-plum without much floral at all.

Carved in stone. 1% it is.

Nothing in DIY is ever carved in stone. You may like it higher, you may like it lower or you may not like it at all. I can actually see you thinking it's too sweet. You seem to find a lot of fruits sweet that I don't perceive as sweet so it's a real crap shoot.

I haven't compared/used it yet but I've used MTS, I don't think I'd use it in everything. I do think it can help a lot of recipes.

I'll mix a tester before I mix any more with it.

Also how it blends with something.
It's taking more Amber to stand with pomegranate than I thought.
