@stols001 - try FA Wine Champagne for tonic with your gin. Supposedly it steeps into something resembling tonic. VTA makes a tonic flavor but it has to be ordered from Chefs Flavours or directly from VTA. I want to try their Botanical Gin so will probably order a few things soon from one of the two places. The shipping price is reasonable. If you want some VTA Tonic, I can add it to my order and send it to you. I am not sure when I will be ordering though.

I haven't unpacked my mixing gear yet. Of course, I just got here Saturday evening and am exhausted still. My body is still on Eastern time.

Browsing through one of those airport stores in Minneapolis, I noticed a Pure Leaf Green Tea with Fuji Apple and Ginger. That intrigues me for a vape juice but I will probably use FA Black Tea. There are several things I want to try but have to face the fact that my time is not my own here so I will have to carve out some me time for things like mixing. I made good quantities of my favorites before I came to WA, so not in danger of running low.

Interesting. Maybe the first with a touch of Bourbon. The second too sweet and I can't taste apple.

Adapt it to another fruit and drop the honey. As far as the cheesecake I'm not crazy about any of the other bourbons I've tried, all I taste is the malt regardless of percentage. Add the bourbon and let me know.

Thanks Pam, not sure if I have wine champagne but I have pink champagne and I bet that could be good because I'm getting all enthused to mix (almost) I copied that recipe and I'm gonna see what I have about to clone it with, but great idea!! TY (Hugs)

You won't get tonic from FW Pink Champagne, but that stuff is wonderful! I put it in almost everything I make. For me, it gives the best perception of effervesence of any of the fizzy flavors.

Yeah, I'm going to try to lime it up and do the best sourish thing I can and forget the quinine for now. I mean, I bet it can be flavorly duplicated and all that, but honestly, I'm just in need of boozy flavors I am going to mix more tomorrow I SWEAR. Smaller amounts. LOL.

Yep I will try the first minus the sweetener. Not sure yet which bourbon I'll use.

The second I'd have to drop to much of it. Wouldn't be anything left....LOL

What sweetener? I very rarely use sweeteners.

    Work in progress

    Cap NY Cheesecake 6%
    FE Lemon 1%
    Pur Raspberry1%
    FW Blood Orange 2%
    INW Biscuit1%
    FA Fresh Cream .5%
I'm going to try this as a yogurt minus the biscuit and will use FW cheesecake and Fa greek yogurt. Will sub frozen yogurt for the fresh cream. Okay well I'm keeping the fruit combo.
