Any mixing ,tasting or whatever plans today, folks? I did manage to get an early morning mix done. It's a boozy grapefruity mix. Sounded good but who knows. Hope to get the baccy blend done also.
Boozy grapefruit sounds yummy. Which boozy did you usey?

Ok, but does it smell horrid like something is rotten? I am getting a horrible smell from my bottle. Worse than sour milk, so I need to know if I got a bum bottle. Or is suppose to smell like that?

    Thanks
    :)

    I didn’t sniff it. I’ll check later.

I'm glad you got the Stixx Tea. Now you can tell me about it. I got 3 baccys. Looked at the tea but didn't want to spend the money not knowing anything about it.

The Pink Guava is a really good flavor.
I like the turners tea. Reminds me to put that on the remix list for tomorrow. Today is cooking for my daughters freezer so they won’t “starve” after the baby arrives. I have a couple of days cooking real food before I can mix

Yes,I know what you mean but vapor is vapor. It's really a heavier taste perception but I guess mouth feel is shorter:lol:
It’s all in our weird taste buds. You’re lucky. To me, custards leave what feels like the tongue coating you get from fresh heavy cream. I shied away from all cream or dessert flavors in commercial juices because I hated the sensation/mouth feel

VT Light Rum and FA Jamaican Rum.
I have ONE of those coming. Think it’s the light rum?? The one you recommended ... I’m half wayish through the cooking bonanza. So far have packaged for her freezer: 4 roasted chickens, 4 chicken pot pie casseroles, 3 roast and gravies, 6 3c freezer bags of homemade mac and cheese. Made the hubs a fresh peach and blueberry cobbler for staying out of the way. Tomorrow is a ham ( note the pre-bribe ;) ... hubs will have to run it through the slicer for me), chicken enchiladas, 4 meatloafs and 12 stuffed potatoes. THEN I can mix juice, if I have the energy!

If they have a smoker, you could do a pork shoulder for pulled pork. It’s pretty inexpensive and goes a long way.

I have a large smoker, and a stack of citrus and nut woods. I may do a .... roast... Great idea!!! Just hate running the smoker in this heat and humidity. When the girls were young, my MIL and I would put 4 turkeys on and sit up all night. That was fun, but I need my beauty sleep these days

Careful, I do have your address.
I ain’t skeered . Just stay out of the nic stash in the pantry freezer and we’ll get along fine!

I finished up two testers during my cooking marathon. I need to go make notes on them before I forget. Too tired lol. Somehow my blackberry isn’t on my stash list ( imagine that, as I am ever so organized ). I’d like to try a different brand to compare. This one is very floral and deep

Yes, I took the cap off and sniffed it. It smells rancid. I’m glad I didn’t smell it before I tried it. I might not have.

Well, instead of complaining about my not yet steeped mixes I decided to go for another try at the already steeped stuff. I had a cheesecake mix that I called White Cheeze nuts cause it's all I could think of. Just a rather simple white chocolate, cheesecake and nuts. I'd already vaped a little of it here and there. It was really slacking on tasty flavor and I have a better White Chocolate Cheesecake so I dumped it. Next was my boozy tea.Who would ever think such a mix would benefit from more steeping? The Whiskey especially had nicely mellowed out. I like it better than before. Going to try to do another couple tomorrow and weed out sub par mixes.
