When I first started out , i iused lower flavorings. Couldnt taste anything so i slowly raised. Mtl vaping gives me dull flavor. The only thing i can taste my juice so far is the fusion mesh coil tanks. Even rda s dont give me that much flavor.
Have you tried using different flavors, other than the ones you're used to?

Well i have 97 flavors and I have used almost all of them. This was my first attempt at forest fruit though! I adapted another recipe that called for 3% forst fruit with cream.

I've been mixing for 7+ years but the early years I was also vaping vendors juice. The use of vendor juice tapered off over the years til one day a few months back when I just totally lost my taste for the vendor stuff. At the same time I had to drop the flavor percentage in all my DIY juices. The change in my taste happened fast and I was so glad I could mix my own. Before that happened I was mixing with rather high percentage.

Revisiting the Stixx Whiskey Cavendish. Big disappointment here. It hasn't improved any from my first try. I get no taste of the Whiskey and a dang poor taste of tobacco. Back it goes for more sitting but I'm not holding much hope for it.

I make wire wrapped sea glass / shells / pearl jewelery as a hobby, and man, i never make the perfect looking coil lol. I dont know how guys do it , especially on such small decks like the doggystyle, and the fact that men ypically have larger hands then I.

    I use tweezers and needles.

Having found what works for you, I won't try to dissuade you from that, but... ;)

What topper for MTL? Some give better flavor than others. :2c:

I had always done 100dt when trying new recipes until I discovered that my mixes were coming out to different volumes so I've switched to using syringes even for new test flavors. I've discovered that the higher percentages that I thought I was using for testers wasn't what I thought.

Day 2 no car :(... today I resolve to ignore the house cleaning and mix. Checked the steeping shelf, which I have apparently been pilfering from with wild abandon. Only 5 bottles there . No more procrastinating!!! Today is the cheesecake base, something with light rum, 3 others tbd from new flavors. Maybe something citrusy. I have so many recipes printed out and untried that it’s ridiculously overwhelming.

Hi everyone. I know I kinda been mia around here, but I was just spending way too much money and never finding the time to get much new mixed. I have been reading all the posts so consider everyone 'liked' LOL

Also haven't been on ecf much at all--just a couple of posts here or there......guess I needed a break....

    :)

I'm hoping to get the two cheesecake recipes mixed tonight after work since I now have the brie. I also want to make a white chocolate cheesecake and add some of the smoked butterscotch. I'm just not sure how much to use.

I’ve been using 1-2%. Keep in mind, I lean towards higher % (@7-10). To my murky palate, it takes some steeping. Seems like by 3-4 weeks it had settled in to its final flavor. I’m testing one now that’s white chocolate, smoked butterscotch and sweet rice. Nice mix, just need something to bump it with.

I kept to my schedule, for ONCE. Got a 60 of cheesecake done, and four new ones to test: harambae clone ( citrus mix, never had the original juice), a star fruit/pear with light rum, acai/harvest berry with abc, and a persimmon/blood orange/juicy orange. Now just need some snv’s. May do a peach/lychee to tide me over. I split what was left of the CC mix into blood orange cc and lime pie cc before I left town, so some straight fruit mixes would be a nice addition

I usually like stronger flavors too. I'll try it at 2%.
I’m sort of obsessed with it, it’s smoky like creme brûlée topping. I’m interested to see how yours turns out. I think it would be good in a berry pie to replicate the sugar on the lattice pie crust. I don’t do tobacco, but it seems like a natural for that too
