This is the blurb at Chef's:

vape Train’s Paw Paw DIY Concentrate for e-liquid making, is a flavour which mimics the taste of Paw Paw. If you enjoy mixing with exotic flavours, then Paw Paw will be something you’ll defiantly enjoy in your next ejuice recipe

I hope to be defiantly vaping it next weekend
Not much of a description. Hope it's tasty:)

Not much of a description. Hope it's tasty:)

I know, it doesn't say much but I saw this description on ELR (which from the format, looks like it was copied from Reddit):

PawPaw is a fruit native to North America, that comes from the same family as custard-apple, cherimoya, sweetsop, ylang-ylang and soursop.

    SnV
Sweet juicy fresh fruit, this tastes like a cross between a Cantaloupe & Mango with a slight creamy/custard like taste in the background

    6 Day steep
A slight increase in strength but no change in the flavour profile

    15 Day steep
    No change

    22 Day Steep
No change. This is a sweet fleshy and juicy fruit, the top notes are provided by the Cantaloupe x Mango taste with a slight acidity/Tartness, the mid notes are provided by the juicy taste that is reminiscent of pineapple, the bottom notes are filled in by that creamy custard like taste, this has quite a thick mouthfeel for a fruit.

I love tropicals so it looks like it should be in my wheelhouse. :)

Good morning, folks:) any plans? I'm trying to figure out if 1% or 1.5% Hangsen Italian Cream would be better in a mix. I'm really liking the cheesecake I got out yesterday with 1% of the Cream. Wondering if 1.5% would be better or maybe too much? I did use 1.5% in one cheesecake mix that isn't steeped yet so I guess I'll see in another 2 weeks.

Washing beakers and bottles so I can knock out at least a dozen 30-15ml mixes. The new flavors from DIYFS should be here today as well. Too little info to not do the singles. Bummer
Good luck with those. Hope you like them:)

I tried a mix with lb blue raspberry and pur lemonade. It sounded good when I thought of it but doesn’t taste so good.
I always thought BR and lemonade would pair well, have a recipe but haven't mixed it yet. Guess there's no hurry now. lol

I mixed up small testers of my favorite Cran-Apple recipe using VTA Fuji Red and VTA Granny Smith at 2% each in one, VTA Fuji Red and VT Green Apple at 2% in the second, and JF Fuji and VTA Granny Smith in the third. I left the pear out to see if the VTA Greens are really as juicy as the SFTs made them seem to be. My opinion to follow. :)

I probably over flavored it like I have a tendency to do. I did 7% lemonade and 6% blue raspberry.

I just look at LB site and their recommended % to use is 8%...probably as a sf. How long did you steep? And what % do you usually use on the lemonade?

    :)

Some of the reviews say it is too weak at 8% and some like it at 5%, it is all over the map so no help really. Also is a jolly rancher type of flavor.

I normally mix that lemonade and their strawberry lemonade at 7% each. I let it steep for a couple weeks. It’s not terrible but not good either. Maybe it’ll get better with time.

Good morning, folks:) Anyone mix anything new and different lately?

Lemonades always sound so good to me and I've mixed several good ones over the years. Maybe someday I'll actually want to vape one....LOL.

I haven't mixed for awhile and I have a pile of notes to go though and several recipes to finish. I haven't vaped any of my untried mixes the last few days other than the Hangsen IC ones. I need to get back to that.

    6% blue raspberry.

I'm betting you won't do that again. I had that "moment" with blue rasberry it took like dilution 4 fold to get the mix right. It wasn't actually UNBALANCED but blue rasberry is never going to quit tasting too much, almost. I was in serious "do I even WANT to dilute, but I wound up only keeping half of it, and didn't add nic until I was good and sure no more dilution was necessary... Good times.

Also anyone know where to purchase NET extracts? I found one site that does it do'h and lost the link but most of the big flavorers were using artificial tobaccos (although some good recommendations for those would not come amiss, I am going to be that some artificial PLUS NET plus other things could be good. It's going to be a tough set of mixes since I hate tobacco vapes, let alone "tobacco plus whatever flavor" I am going to be mixing blind so to speak.

But the husband has figured out that my mixing FOR him will be cheaper for him. LOL. He is gong to have to be my taster and I REFUSE to get into NET extractions on my own. Just... no.

I bought and tried some NETs before but they were premixed. I know a couple people on this thread tried some of the stixx mix net concentrates but the reviews I saw were not great. You might want to look at some Hangsen tobacco flavors. They seem to have some good ones that I've tried but they are not NETs.
