I know you dislike moving. So do I. Sometimes it's a must.
Yeah I called leasing lady today. Because the smell is getting worse it seems and most of my vents don't work and I was like, "Maybe it's not cat lady, maybe a squirrel died in the air duct." So I told her ALLLLL about it, including all my modifications and trash bags over clothing and etc. I reminded her of the oven (over a month, seriously) and I was like all very nice and stuff but I also told her I was a working professional and I shouldn't be crying over my laundry basket. She asked me where it was coming from and I said "the apartment." She was like, "I mean what area" and I was like, "Everywhere." I mentioned cat lady but blamed it on my husband (he is the one who said it, the odor).
So they are coming Monday to investigate and also reclean the carpets in case they weren't dry or whatnot. Also look in the ducts, plus replacing my fridge light which just burned out. I told them I would move all my stuff to the non carpeted areas, but that I was having a tragic experience so far. I also told her I would "Hide or remove my valuables" and for the love of god to leave the windows open to dry the carpets if that is a thing, that I had renter's
insurance.
A husband and a home is so much easier than dealing with an apartment complex, man.
I figured the sooner the better at this point.
If it is a dead squirrel, I'm going to kill all the squirrels in Sierra Vista. Maybe it's a dead body? That would be exciting. IDK. I'm kind of rooting for the squirrel. They are going to "check on" cat lady. I was like , "I want nothing to do with that, I am just giving you information."
I am going to make them move me if like, they can't figure it out. I don't have that much stuff up there it would take me like an hour.
I am apparently doing "nothing" today not even yoga, but my .... is growing back and I don't need an endorphin rush, I need some life recovery. I am super tired. I really missed my rear end, it's my best part if you ask me and I can tell you many a gentleman that would agree with me. It's amazing what a bit more eating and actual digestion can do for you.
