Mixed this morning four recipes that I have mixed before: PRY4, 3-2-1 RY4, Vanilla Custard Cheesecake and Cream Brûlée Cheesecake. Also mixed two new ones: HIC’s Heart of Andes on VU which is suppose to be like the center of an Andes mint and Chemist Original: Le’ Macaroon (coconut macaroon, not a macaron) on ELR. Both of these are new to me so will see how it goes.

    Y’all are too techy organized for me. I printed them out and put them in sleeves in a binder. Pull it out to make notes, protected from mixing oops when it’s in the sleeve. Loosely lumped together by flavor variety
    I'm not techy at all. I write out my recipes on whatever paper I have handy. Only a half dozen of many have made it onto google drive.

    What ever works is the best way to do it! I’m not organized enough to use paper or notebooks. Probably throw them out when on one of my manic Simplified Living sprees o_O !

    I need some math help. My brain isn't working well today. I have a 10% dilution. I want to use this dilution at .4% in a 15ml bottle. How much do I need?

    @IDJoel
    4.0% of 15mL is 0.6mL.
    0.4% of 15mL is 0.06mL.

    If you are using 0.06mL of a 10% dilution (9 parts diluent + 1 part concentrate = 10% dilution)... that would be the same as adding 0.006mL of the undiluted original concentrate.

    Just remember: when using a 10% dilution, you have to use 10 times more than the amount called for (of the undiluted concentrate), to get the same strength strength.:)

    @uthinkofsomething I’m going to mix your:

    “VT Lemon Maringue Tart - man that is tasty stuff. Tastes exactly (no surprise) like one of my favorite store bought liquids, "Sublime" by SVRF e-liquid, which is a lemon pastry. I mixed it at 6% with 1% INW Biscuit and 1% CAP Vanilla Custard V1.”

    Does it need a steep?

    I am steeping that one a week. First time recipe for me. I did a single flavor test of the LMT and it was good right away, vapeable but a little artificial.
    I read some notes on ELR on that flavor and it was recommended to steep 2 weeks I think, the artificial flavor of lemon mellows out and you can taste a more realistic lemon curd flavor.
