Man I have gotten some of my best flavors from this thread.. Pink Champagne, ginger ale, Tequila, etc . Thank you and happy NY to everyone and @FranC , mistress of the thread. I'm mixing and doing yoga (If I can). I want to use up the rest of my premixed base. LOL.

I believe I proclaimed somewhere that I was going to adopt the theosophical philosophy of predetermination instead of free-will because I've never tried it before, I have always been like "Of course I have free will what are you talking about?"

So far it's not going too well, I had to drive to Tucson AGAIN because the husband was gonna come to me this NY only he was so sick he actually WENT to the urgent care so I was like, "Yeah, he must be really ill, I better go there." He has pneumonia and I have (starting last night) a hacking, horrible cough that just sucks .I'm hoping WILLING myself to fight it off. The day before that I hit "snooze on my alarm (which I never do because it's always a fail, for me, that day if you do that, it's like giving up before you start.) Predetermination meant I switched my alarm clock OFF, and I did wake up in time for work, but yeah, the day kind of sucked.

I am so going back to free will and willing myself better immediately. This predetermination thing SUCKS.

They're claptons I think. Kanthal (again... I think.) They came with a Fumytech tank I bought (the Rose V3) there are four of them. I'm going to have to maybe buy something similar... But I hope they hold up in my build for a LONG long time though. A year might be nice. Etc.

I do @dc99 and that is so thoughtful. I actually have a prime clone already and I have to admit, I haven't been the biggest fan of it. It's probably me and perhaps one day I will sit down and learn the intricate in and outs of building it but I haven't had much success so far... Maybe another MTL person will want it?

Thank you for thinking of me though.... LOL, the nebulizer "worked" and Advil is "working." The husband just went and smoked a cigarette he sounds like he's dying. I remember those days.

Natures Valley has a lot of different granola bars such as: Chocolate, PB/chocolate, others with different nuts such as almonds, peanuts, cashews, pecans or a combination. Also fruits such as cranberry/apple, mixed berries, blueberry, cranberry/almond, cranberry/pomegranate, etc., etc. They have a number of recipes too and the titles and pictures may give some ideas as well unless you want to see the actual recipes -https://www.naturevalley.com/recipes/

@FranC — some Granola inspirations from ATF. Several recipes are all FLV flavorings so they must be having a contest or something. There were only six recipes on ATF that used Granola.

Honestly depends which one you get. FA is almost straight up sweet syrup. Kind of the juice in a can of fruit cocktail. FLV is darker and more like a real fig. Cap has fig but I didnt try it
