I’m all for easy. I’ll look for a video.
Here you go

I used one of the plastic types of lifters like you would get in a cell phone repair kit. The using of metal made me a bit nervous. As soon as the cover is off the buttons actually fall right out. I was careful not to allow anything to touch the inside where the glue is on the plate and the cover so here was enough to put it back on.

:)
eta it looks like the mini is the same type of construction except it has more of a plate closer to the usb port. Just go slow and all will be fine. I think he said to always start lifting near the usb port. It was just super easy to do

I mix recipes for my granddaughter her boyfriends jull pods. Should I double or triple the flavors due to the fact that they are low wattage devices?
I would not unless they say they cannot taste them. When I was using low wattage, my recipes were and are the same as now that I use higher wattage. I really should say more medium wattage as I don't go all that high.

:)

Pod systems tend to need brighter less complicated recipes. Your favorite strawberry cheesecake isnt goin to taste the same as in a tank. I actually up the flavors a little and only use simple recipes. If my normal recipe calls for 5% tfa stawberry ripe I up it to 8 or 9. I dont think its the low wattage as much as its the tiny coils.

Maybe I should have mentioned I'm using 24mg nic salts, if that makes a difference? The last mix I used 15% peppermint(tfa) and 3% ws23, they thought it was very good(choked me)

Next up will be the WF Oatmeal and Cream
I can’t wait to see what you think. I’m at a loss on how to use it. It’s fairly innocuous on its own, and the few other recipes I tried it seemed to mute/muddy the other flavors

I tried the butterscotch pie solo and it definitely needs something. A long time ago I ordered grapefruit and white grapefruit and never tried them. Anyone have recipes using them.
I have one simple that I’m ready to remix. I’ll look for it when we get back to the house.

It'll fill the hole left by my diminished appetites for food and alcohol. In fact, all my liqueur/amaro supplies are going to be moved somewhere less accessible to make space for DIY paraphernalia. I may weep a bit as I shift them: that hobby was a lot of fun. But you've got to consume what you make to justify making more, and my stomach and MS have too much to say about that for me to ignore them. Jerks.

I hear ya unfortunately.

Vanilla Custard has taken over the wick, it's good as it is although I may try it with less/no fruit and more cream fresh and custard.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve ordered something I already have.

That is why I'm trying very hard to keep recipe ingredients updated in Recipe Calculator as I make them.

I finally got myself up long enough to mix up my lemon custard and strawberry cheesecake from my stones. Then a pink kiwi which so far tastes gross lol! And a Sweet Watermelon which is nice. Got the new flavors organized into the cases. I’d love to mix up a Key Lime Pie at some point this weekend.

I need to rewick a couple of RBAs at some point today but I’m still not feeling well. Maybe later.

Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!
Rest & feel better!

Thank heaven for vaping, eh? Though I doubt if I'll ever be able to mix anything that captures krupnikas:

10 cardamom seeds
1/2 nutmeg seed
2 teaspoons fennel seed
2 teaspoons coriander
2 teaspoons caraway seed
10 whole cloves
10 whole allspice berries
4 (3 inch) cinnamon sticks
2 teaspoons whole peppercorns
1 pinch crushed saffron threads
2 (1 inch) pieces fresh ginger root
2 (1 inch) pieces fresh turmeric
3 large strips of orange zest
3 large strips of lemon zest
4 bay leaves
4 cups water
1 vanilla bean, split
2 pounds honey
1 quart 190 proof grain alcohol

Elixir of the gods.

I’ve got a few cell phone repair kits. I’ve put batteries in iPhones a few times. I’ll watch the video after dinner.

Now I remember why I’ve been putting off working on further organizing my flavor cases. I spent over an hour just on the first one. I still need to put away my 22 new flavors but I will probably stop after that.

I'm thinking a low percentage addition to a cookie or cereal recipe. I actually like it at 3% and thinking it would be a good addition to certain recipes at a lower percentage.

Pretty sure it comes to fifty-three, for around $150 (that ECX coupon saved me ten bucks). Enough to keep me busy for quite a while. Presumably, the sensible thing to do first is test each flavor separately. And perhaps get some stones (new term learned today) started?

But a rice pudding comes first.

FLV Raisin Rum is an excellent flavor. Just tried the Sweet and Sour Rhubarb today and it's really good. You have a lot of good ones in there
