@NotSoMini I'm trying the FLV Tequila Agave and liking it so far. I can't say it has a boozy bite to it.It's more like it has a boozy feel to it if that makes any sense.I'm going to vape the rest I put in the tank and give it another week for second try. I put just a drop of Lime in the little left in my tank.Barely enough to taste but I didn't dare use anymore. Yup,I so far am liking this.
Plastic. But mine came from Chef'sThank you — I was on the BCF website and noticed the picture of the bottle appeared to be plastic for the 15ml size and not the usual glass which I really do not like. Did your bottle come in plastic or glass?
THe CCW Devon Cream and Fa Premium Custard. Not sure if there's anything else. What is everyone buying from Chefs Flavours that cannot be purchased here?

What is Custard Pi?I love Chef's! I heard back from them already and now have 1 less bottle of Custard Pi and 1 new bottle of VTA LMT in it's place enroute (the Flapper Pie will have to wait; realized that after I emailed them, don't want to push it).

The description is not very descriptive...What is Custard Pi?
Is the Custard Pi a flavor that isn't available here?
Im one of the lucky ones I guess because I dont get a sharp lemon note. Just a slight hint. Guess its like the pepper taste with tfa VBIC. To be totally honest I can live without it.The description is not very descriptive...
"I wanted a flavour that tastes and smells good but which also leaves a really nice aftertaste and I am happy that this one does all that. I also wanted to be able to vape it more or less all day without losing the tastebud sensation, it does that too. A rich Custard with some subtle but flavoursome undertones. We hope you will enjoy it."
So I went to ELR and I'm thinking you won't like it, @FranC:
"FA Custard is a true custard flavor, the chefs’ version made by cooking egg yolks, sugar, milk/cream, and vanilla into a thickened cream. FA is an Italian company, so they've included lemon zest as an Italian chef would. This is a bright, sweet, lemony-vanilla cream. Use Custard with your favorite fruits to make them creamy. The vanilla accents all fruit flavors, and the lemon complements most. If you enjoy vaping fresh fruit flavors, you need FA Custard. Gelato is Italian ice cream that begins with cooked custard. Simply adding FA Custard to your favorite FA fresh fruit flavors can give you authentic Italian gelato flavor. The stronger the fruit flavor is, the higher the ratio of Custard to fruit. If a (real food) recipe begins with egg yolks, milk/cream, and sugar stirred together over heat, then the vape equivalent needs FA Custard. You'll find it's the beginning of many cooked candies, ice cream, cakes, pies/tarts, etc. You can use Custard along with Vienna Cream to minimize the lemon flavor.”
"Contrary on what the description says, to me this is not a custard at all. This is exactly like a lemon pie without the pie. By that I mean that it is a sweet and subtle delicate lemon flavor like the one you find in a baked pie without the bakery part. It is nothing like FA Custard Premium for example."
"Taste Notes: @ 4%
OTS - Lemon top note - almost a lemon meringue. Very white and fluffy lemon meringue. STR 4.5 SWT 5.5
Day 7 - Same profile - distinct lemon note - white and fluffy - close to a meringue flavour. STR 4.5 SWT 5
Day 14 - Lemon has faded a bit along with everything else. Still a citrus lemon top note. Good fit in a lemon meringue pie. STR 4 SWT 5
Mostly a lemony fluffy texture at 4% - Lemon may be useful in enhancing other flavours in a mix.
OTHERS:

Good morning, folksGot this Tequila sft sitting right in front of me still. After I down another coffee I'm be putting a bit in a tank for first try.
On Chefs website is there a way to tell which Fa flavors are kitchen line? From my pea-sized brain database, I seem to recall FA Custard Pi is not made by FA Italy and instead by FA UK and not available in the US. So three custards — original FA Custard made in Italy and sold in the US is diketone free, FA Custard Premium (kitchen line) made in Italy and not sold in the US (NA) with diketones, and FA Custard Pi made in the UK and not sold in the US (NA). For those that are not aware, the story goes FA Italy did not want their kitchen flavors distributed in the US because they have to submit paperwork to the FDA for approval. A couple of US vendors managed to buy some of the kitchen flavors from Italy. Not sure about this but apparently they went around FA NA. When it was discovered the few vendors were told no more or else they would be taken off the list of approved vendors, would no longer be able to buy or distribute FA concentrates. As far as FA NA I believe this includes Canada even though not governed by the FDA. We have a few Canadians on this thread who may be able to better speak to this. The kitchen flavors I bought was from one of the US vendors before all he!! broke loose.
I can smell the lemon in FA Custard however I cannot taste it. I find the lemon scent seems to get stronger the older the concentrate gets because initially I could not smell it. I have never had Custard Pi and of course have Custard Premium.
That’s good to know. Otherwise, they’d have to come take it while I’m asleepGlad that I am not the only one that needs my coffee in the morning. I recently found out when I go in for blood work I do not have to give up my coffee. Usually I just take a couple of small sips and let them know. Recently I mentioned out of the clear that I had a couple of sips of black coffee. The phlebotomist told me that black coffee does not count![]()

So what else good does Chefs have that we can't get here?Yeah, FA NA is the distributor for all of North America so whatever you guys can't get, neither can we.
It is what it is so.... I shop at Chef's pretty regularly.![]()
