Oh,yes it is. So glad I got to see it. I've seen untold pics of it through the years but there's nothing like seeing it in person.Just so awesome.

Yesterday I didnt whip up anything new but did some remediating instead. I had mixed up a few recipes about 2 weeks ago that I was disappointed with but wanted to let them steep a bit before deciding to make any changes.

Taking notes has been such an important part of mixing for me. I understand why so many people strongly suggest it when I first started out with DIY. I’d be lost without those notes. I just use the Comment section on the ELR recipe page.

I also mixed up some sft’s from the flavors I was using since I had them out already. I thought I’d wait at least 24 hours before seeing if the corrections were improving the mixes or not. So far so good.

On the mixes that couldn’t be saved by addition i made notes about %s and flavors to change or eliminate for the next attempt. Fingers crossed.

All in all I’m pretty happy with the results so far. I was pretty unhappy with the results of the last mix session so hopefully this will get me going again in the right direction.

And I also found a use for Unicorn Vomit lol!! I honestly have no idea why I bought that in one of my 1st concentrate orders lol! Probably just because the name was bizarre lol! I still can’t figure out what it actually is supposed to taste like.

Hope everyone has a had a nice weekend!

    Somewhere between here and there
I don’t know. But I heard people talking about it. Thought you guys were interested.

I have been buying like it’s the end of the world the past couple months. I’m trying to take a break except for flavors. I’m going to pass on the zlide for now since both of my zenith tanks are working well.

Everyone must be busy mixing tonight. I got the tarte au citron and rhubarb custard one shots mixed at 20% as recommended and mixed a new bottle of Dripping using the JF sweet strawberry like it calls for. Along with my ecx order, I got 10 of the 15ml dropper bottles. I have never had that size and really like them. They are clear but that’s ok for mixing samples or recipes that have fading flavors.

I really like the smaller size bottles too. I was too enthusiastic when I 1st started mixing and bought all kinds of 60ml bottles. I mostly use the 20mls ones now. The 15s sound like a great size. The 10s are good for sft’s for me but I like to have about 5mls extra room for new recipes.

Nail polish holders - I've been drooling over these for months, but the price to get them shipped to NZ doubles the cost. Found them today on a local site for $20 incl shipping.

Before I go crazy and order 5, how many 10ml/15ml bottles can you fit in each slot?

I can usually get 2 or the regular 10ml size bottles into each slot of the ones I use.

But order more than you’ll EVER think you’ll need!!!!!!! They fill up quickly. Very quickly!!

What did you sub? I don’t have three of the flavors in that one.

This probably will not help much. I used 0.5% JF Dulce De Leche as a sub for 1% TFA Brown Sugar, and instead of 3.5% TFA Vanilla Swirl I used 3% FA Bavarian Cream. There is no sub for WF Vanilla Ruyan Custard.

Tombstone, LOL! I would have come and hugged you in person, l now live about 20 minutes from there.

A word about Tombstone, it is a MOROSE town. All the locals kinda hate tourist season but at least they have more to hate, and they have to ACT happy.

When tourist season is over, the real hatred descends. For some reason they all have to hate the town like MAD. I'm glad you had a good time, seriously. We have visited so many times and the local "actors" come to Douglas to eat sometimes and they totally vent. It's spectacular.

My fist sight of the Grand canyon was like standing with my (at the time then finace, but he sucked, for me anyway, so that was kind of a last pilgrimages so to speak) anyway we only had spring break and stuff happened like car parts broke down in "no name town Texas" it snowed.

We arrived at like 2 am and slept in the car and like. I remember standing on the edge of some ledge going, "Where is it where is it" and some local/tourist/ranger I forget was like "Take a step back miss" and then the sun came up. LOL.

We had to leave at 2 pm to go back, so it was ah, rushed.

Is it supposed to be better than the zenith? I haven’t heard much about it. Does it have more or less airflow than the zenith?
I think slightly tighter than the zenith, but you can disassemble to clean and are able to replace the glass. At 22 mm, I’ll stick with the one I have, not order more.

I had never even heard of that WF flavor before I saw that recipe.
