Whew. Well, that was quite the trip. So I go there and there is like this.... In BIG RED WRITING "Talk to patient." Anyway, I wanted to find out from the pharmacist anyway WTH? as far as splitting those tablets in order to not die, so I was like fine talking to her. I will say, the Sierra VISTA pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies I have EVER used, sad the Douglas one is not the same. They have consistently been awesome.
Anyway the pharmacist was like, "We um..... It just...." and I was like. "It's fine. I already read my lab work, I signed a release and got my team to print it for me. I WAS gonna see this nut job MONDAY only I couldn't get approval in time from like, my supervisor so I just cancelled it. But yes, I am aware I am in heart attack land, which is why I want to know if I can SPLIT these, and also I though I had a cold for the last few weeks but like, apparently NOT I am CRAZY hyper thyroid and it SUCKS. I really... I feel like death, honestly. In fact, I printed out ALL my lab work and EVERY stupid thing this doctor did made my TSH LOWER, so she is doing it WRONG. I actually want to be bridged for my OLD medication and go back to my OLD PCP even if it means a trip to Tucson because frankly, I GET she had thyroid cancer, I GET she hit her perfect dose at time ONE, but I did NOT in fact, but I have been stable on that dose for10 years and I get it's a little WERID but like, that is what WORKED which is why I WENT to an endocrinologist who was like, "Yup a little weird, but if it's working, you are fine."
She was like, "Yeah, we see this all the time, people a little off but it's working for them and then there is this, ahem, cascade of changes...."
I was like "I am never taking Syn
throid again an as far as I'm concerned and the lab work SHOWS this woman is trying to KILL me. Anyway, so like she said I could lay off the thyroid completely for a couple days which is FREAKING fine with me, and she (heh, and the doctor's office where I canceled also got the notice) I was just like "I don't want to see I had thyroid cancer woman EVER again, she needs to knock off her pet peeve and leave me ALONE I've been feeling like HELL for 6 months thanks to her, and she politely informed me she found her perfect DOSE "the first time" so every time I ASKED her for help, she was like "Wait for the lab work" I wanted to kick her in the TEETH. I am shocked I could WORK
through all this, frankly."
LOL so I declined the thyroid pills, I have a feeling doctor Thyroid will be putting me back on the meds that worked for 10 years, and I get to go back to Tucson which is annoying, but also better than dying from a heart ATTACK. Maybe. I'm not feeling so "I care so much" ATM, but I'm sure I would miss myself.
Talked to little brother he is buying land in yes, upstate NY and building on it. He's all amped for chickens, goats and whatnot.
I did not tell him about the goats, but I did tell him he'd better keep them in a secure pen, and take the dog with him when he enters. He thinks he is going to get goat's milk out of the females.. I was like, mentally "Good luck with that one maybe you'll get lucky but GOATS." Hehe, after his first attempt I may tell him about subduing large animal methods such as hobbling and a twitch. But not YET. I want to hear the epic tale of the "goat tried to eat me."
Maybe not he's good at research and like, he is building a steel house, so like, the goats can't eat STEEL I don't think. We'll see.

Oh my God, I'm exhausted. I would not have gone there for like 3 tablets that I now probably don't have to take, but I guess it was a LOT easier to be like "Okay I don't actually want those and yes, I know I am nearing the land of a heart attack.

I am going to continue watching "Insatiable" which is one of the BEST Netflix offerings of all time if you ask me. Over dinner. Which is soonish. It's about a fat chick who becomes a pageant person, but the entire thing is LUDICROUS but so good, you love it anyway. Those are some actors who know how to COMMIT.

What was your first pv? I don't even remember what my first pv was called but it was a cig-a-like that took carts and atties. Real pain filling those carts every 10 seconds and replacing burnt up atties. Up next quickly came Green Smoke which was pretty decent for a cig-a-like until the quality went to pot. At that point I went into the local smoke shop. They didn't sell ecigs back in 2010 but they told me about Vermont Vapor. Up next came the egos,510's and cartomizers which was a big improvement.
