It was either 15 or 18 percent. Recommended on the site is 20 and I remember you mixing it lower

Yes,I did.. I’m going to go with 15. I can always add. Have you found any other tart mixes there? I looked and the rhubarb only comes in 30ml. Gonna try to get two or three of those for those times I don’t feel like mixing.

I’ve only tried a few of their one shots. The rhubarb custard, divine lemonade, and cryptic vanilla. The rhubarb custard is the only one I’m still using.

It's really good (Chef's rhubarb custard) but man, I mixed mine at 10% and then added some Real Flavors Rhubarb to make it tarter. It is much better (for me) that way.

I am shocked, Fran! Shocked! LOL

By the way, my so far favorite one shot from Chef's was called Twilight. It's not sweet at all it almost has kind of a bite too it but it tastes good I wish I could describe flavors better but it's really good. IDK.

I am also okay with paradise custard. Which is in my MISSING SETUP. LOL.
