Hah! These are either off this thread, or from ELR that a)I have all the ingredients for and b) have a very high number of 4/5 star ratings and lots of comments. I’m too frazzled to come up with something on my own right now. I only have a few advs that I created from scratch, if that makes you feel better ;)
    Not in the least.

Sometimes I mix(diy) pure losers. Mixed it 4 weeks ago, wasn't worth the wait.

    Biscuit-jf-3%
    Vanilla Custard-cap-3%
    Bavarian Cream-fw-3%
Seemed like a good idea at the time.
Care to divulge what you thought made it a loser?

Glad you found NETs you like:thumbs:
Yes, it's a huge leap. Both Pop's NETs and these Stixx Mixx NETs are getting the job done. It helps that I know my NETs pretty good so I could target what I thought I would like. Pop's NETs (at least four of the six) were in my strike zone. I think he and I have some overlap in our NET preferences. And these Stixx Mixx NETs are in my wheelhouse too. I feel comfortable using them in blends. Now it's just a matter of the non-tobacco flavors and the ratios. Hoping these choco flavors do the trick. I'm fairly confident they ultimately will. Still working on that Banana Cream flavor but it really needs to go with a flue cured NET which I zoned out and forgot to get with my Stixx Mixx order. Oh well, next time.

Definitely report on the one shots. It’s always nice to have a few for when mixing time is short!

Write it down or put it on a wishlist or something.

    Top end?
    Educate me dear lady!
This is just my opinion. You have your base and the cream and custard make your body. Some folks would just like it like that but for me, it's missing a top end or top note like a fruit or maybe a chocolate or a tobacco.

One of the jars broke in the canner. A sad loss. I'm left with only five quarts.

I have to mix soon. Doubt if I'll be able to face it tomorrow. I'll probably need a day or two to recover from today's ordeal.
Don't push it. Get your rest first. That's sad that a jar broke.:(
