You’re a pup. :)

Do I score any points?
Hardly a pup, but, yes.... ten bonus points have been added to your account ;)
My age has never bothered me, turning it, or telling it. But, my oldest turning 30 recently sort of ached my heart. Seemed a bit surreal

I've used Intel time out of mind, but AMD was competitively priced for the value, so I went for it.

We're about to get dumped on with snow next week with 4 inches one day, 3 the next, 3 or 4 after that.. lol. Plenty of snowman and snow fort making material. 80 degree sunny weather on the beach sure sounds nice right about now, but potential lots of money is better

Always a toss up on the CPU, I've had several of both, and when building AMD makes a lot of sense. :thumb:

So what do you folks think about flavor bans and all the other crap coming down?

Short sighted, ineffective.

Dealing with the wrong issue.

And won't directly affect me. Just lots of others. :grr:

My mom snapped me right out of it when I was bemoaning my daughter’s birthday. She pointed out, at 84 it reminded her how fast time flys by, her having a 56 yo “child”. All in perspective I suppose.

OMG Cadbury's (in England) makes this incredible chocolate (it's nothing like the brand here) where they have milk chocolate with white squares on top.

We have "Top Deck" in Aus too! Yum!

@Bronze - Bill of Bill's Magic Vapor used to preach "You need Vanilla to make Chocolate" all of the time, and he seemed to favor TFA's Vanilla Swirl in several of his concoctions. just sayin'...
Caramel might be worth try. It's sort of a vanilla based flavor anyways, and it could help with the rich/ sweet part of a good chocolate.
just my :2c:

I think he’s mostly right Pop. It’s certainly true in baking. Wherever there is chocolate you almost always find vanilla. What form of vanilla might be more a matter of preference or perhaps even some similar alternatives like milk, cream, or caramel as you bring up. And maybe even other ingredients that compliment those such as graham, brown sugar, or malt. There are a number of companion flavors for chocolate. I suspect vanilla is at or near the top of the list. I’m thinking I may prefer something closer to a vanilla extract like, say, vanilla bean than I would a vanilla cream or ice cream. If you remember Shadow and Heavenly Army...those had cream bases to them and for me it was a little too much. Perhaps it was a sweetness thing as well. But then all of those companion flavors can be controlled by the amount used.
Lots to experiment with to be sure. Might have to try a few different kinds of vanilla.

I agree with both of you. The chocolate is dull. This is why I crave the milk chocolate because it is the least dull of all of them. It’s as if the chocolate needs to brighten up or come to life. Something like vanilla or creme could do that. I’m sampling two malts today. Plain malt and malted milk. They’re not too bad. Wouldn’t want to vape them alone but they could influence other flavors. In this case, the malted milk could also put some life into the chocolate. Maybe even a little brown sugar. There is a minor flavor component I’m looking for that breaths life into the chocolate. I have several ideas and can add yours to the list. Whatever it is, it’s a minor component but a very important one.

I mentioned before my current vape is strong on chocolate but there is this faint lip smacking sting in it. Faint, mind you. But it does play a vital role. Vanilla (in extract form used in bakery) has a bit of sting to it. Sorry I can’t come up with a better word than sting but that’s all I can come up with. Bitter might be a better word. Slightly bitter. IDK.
    TFA bittersweet chocolate.

Up till now I have focused all my efforts on finding the right NET and right chocolate components. I’ve made some nice strides. But I know I need that third component that sets it apart. I should be able to start my search for that third component soon.
Your quest is interesting.I hope you find something you’re happy with.

Vanilla, and cream (@FranC), are essential to rounding out chocolates. Chocolate flavors seem to lack those notes. Maybe a vanilla cream flavor, best of both worlds? Or a buttercream, with vanilla? Fran could give better advice on this than I. Good luck on navigating your personal flavor rabbit hole.
I’m sure I can’t give any better advice. I’m a cream gal first, vanilla not so much but there are some good ones. Thinking that cream would do a better job toward a Milk Chocolate and also bring a brighter note to the chocolate.

White chocolate always seems to help regular chocolate somehow. Of course, I have felt that way since a young age.

OMG Cadbury's (in England) makes this incredible chocolate (it's nothing like the brand here) where they have milk chocolate with white squares on top.

I smuggled (will brought with me maybe) about 30 bars back, but like, I still ran out eventually. Sad day.

Although my favorite chocolate of all time are Cherry Ripes. I don't know how Aus found a way to make sort of candied cherry and maybe some coconut? I think with dark chocolate SO GOOD. They are all kind of things I am not necessarily fond of especially alone but together?

That's it. I need an AUS DIY to like find me a Cherry Ripe vape recipe.

Speaking of my laziness I hope ID Joel is okay!!! I miss his insights. There was a dude who could DIY with the best of them. He also kept apologizing for his ignorance when he was a savant or possibly a god!

I miss Joel too and hope he’s doing ok.

I know what you mean. By the nic calculator, I can vape a couple extra ml a day, and make it to 137 before I have to quit. Given I smoked for a little over 30 years, I’m pretty sure someone in my family is going to have to sell a bunch of nicotine at a much sooner point in time. But, I still think, maybe I should order some more, just in case.
I know the feeling but I’m not buying

Don’t make me come slap you up side the head, boy o_O!!! I slightly mis-mathed before I found the nic calculator (this is why you don’t want me balancing your checkbook). It gives me 81 years worth. (There, I’ll let you reverse math that out lol).
    Nope,you don’t need more nic:lol:

Waiting for PC stuff is just as hard as waiting for vape mail. I reminisce about the old days, where people actually shopped in real stores. I can count on just 1 or 2 hands the times I've gone to a brick and mortar vape shop(when I first started, and only when I absolutely had to) Vape shops are really going to struggle with all this anti-vape BS.

Incessantly checking your tracking number does not make your packages arrive sooner
True! I have two packages coming today (one non-vape related) and I''ve looked at the 'Out for Delivery' notification multiple times. Not sure how that helps me but I did it anyway.
