I pulled out Pops’ NETs to try.... Not at all what I expected, especially as someone who doesn’t like tobacco flavors.... it’s just....Lovely!!! Can’t describe it, but really, really good. Almost like tasting the aroma of pipe tobacco. I had to put it down for a bit, vaped too much too quickly and gave myself a woozy nic brain. But, oh so worth it!! Thank you, @PapawBrett
    Glad you were happily surprised.

You are quite welcome. The Decatur Black Cherry is a favorite of mine, and well received when gifted.
And still showing backordered at p&c. Wish they would common and get some more in, I want to place an order on the next cold snap.

Nothing wrong with some of the old technology at IMO. I love my Aspire coils and well as the much newer Z-coils.

Do you still use the old aspire 1.8 and 2.1 coils? I sold most of mine a long time ago to PT but have stumbled on a few that I missed. If you want them then they are yours. I have something else I've been meaning to send you anyway.

Which one did you try so far? I liked every one of his that I got. I like the natural sweetness of the ones I have.

That was my favorite out of the four I've tried.

Each case on Amazon that you view will list the size of the individual cells as well as over all size.

Every bottle has an individual compartment, size is 1.58*1.38*3.75 inches. The 3.75 in is from the inner top of cell to bottom of each cell.
Original ones I found last year and the year before measured almost 4"(3.9ish).

If you could measure the bottles you want to store in them it will help to pinpoint which direction you may want to go.

    :)
Thanks for the link! I did measure once before when I was looking at these cases. But the more I think about it, and since I have some 15 & 30 ml and 4 oz bottles I just don't think they will work for me. And when I did measure it was very close to fitting. Too close for comfort really. And the price! Yikes. I think $1 bins from Dollar Tree will work just fine. :)

Great news! Perhaps you opened up a whole new world of vape flavors. :)

@Bronze I mixed a Honduran Raspberry. For my first try I went with your 8% NET and my 2% PUR Raspberry and 2% VTA Juicy Raspberry. Steep time?
Not certain of steep time yet Fran. I have a strawberry coming up on a week this Sunday and I'm going to try it then. I know two weeks worked for me with the other Honduran fruits and seems to work fine for these Stixx Mixx NETs as well. My rule with NETs (and I've vaped many, many of them) was always a minimum of two weeks. But these Stixx extracts might be ready sooner. And y'all tell me fruits don't take as long as other flavors (y'all would know that better than me). So to answer your question, I'd go with two weeks for now and I'll report back Sunday with my Strawberry to see if one week worked. I would be interested in how your Raspberry works for you...both the 4% level and the PUR/VTA versions. I really wanted to try other versions but the wife liked what I mixed so much that I decided not to fool with it. But I'm still open to trying other raspberries. If you find you're getting a genuine raspberry flavor from yours I'll give it a shot. Did you skip the sweetener?

Just the black cherry so far. It’s really enjoyable! I’m looking forward to trying the others, just savoring this one atm.

I am just gonna go ahead and put these here, and Fran can bark at me if she wants....
I started this one about three months ago, and maybe half of the 17 posts are mine. But it had nearly 700 views,

And I started this thread a little over a year ago. It really does seem like I am talking to myself, but 93 posts have over 3000 views, so someone is listening...

    The Milder Side of NET's

The reason for these threads is an attempt to get people interested in what I believe is a system to make great tasting e-liquids at home. And I don't mind sharing what little knowledge I have on the subject.

No, not really. I just have played around with it for over three years now, and developed my own little system.
It's a bit of an enjoyable hobby for many. I can see that. I really enjoyed the hobby aspects of vaping the first several years into my journey...mostly with gear and building along with trying just about every NET there was at the time. But then I kind of lost that spark and was more interested in just having a good vape without all the testing, sampling, and farting around. Truthfully, getting into DIY hasn't changed that much. While DIY is not misery for me I would still prefer to just have some flavors I like and be done with it. :)

I've read both threads. I didn't have anything useful to contribute, interesting stuff though, those threads/extraction techniques in general.

I don't know what happened with NETs Pop. They were really quite popular 5 - 7 years ago. Such a loyal following and a lot of excitement around it. Then it sort of just leveled out while fruit, dessert, and beverage flavors took off. It doesn't bother me as I'm just happy people find what they like. But I do wonder how many of these non-NET vapers know what they are missing because they never tried them. Remember all the people who went with Heather's fruits and desserts who we convinced to try some of the NETs and then they made the switch? Our dear, sweet, lovely Robin was one of them (among others).

I do still use the old Aspire coils and the Aspire Nautilus coils as well.

I suspect it's just because they cost more... so many deals on cheap juice now (same reason I haven't tried Black Note... as much as I want to)

I did skip the sweetener. If I think it will work, I’ll add later.

Several contributions there. The Ol' Crowd (Luce, Mann, Scarf, GT, Carbon Thief,Johnny, etc) just don't come around anymore. Used to be the Natural Tobaccos thread rolled right along every night.
Back when you and I started, it seemed like most people into vaping were older people desperate to get off the Tobacco. We could chat with our Vendors online, here at the ECF or over the phone. Vaping at 8 to 12 Watts was the norm, some went as low as 4 or 5 Watts, Nowadays... much younger crowd, pushing 50 to 80 Watts, buying cheap gear from countries that don't speak the same language.
And the Vendors have changed. Used to be you could find out exactly what was in e-liquids (maybe not the exact ratios, but at least the ingredients). Now everything has weird names, coming from who knows where.
Halo and Highbrow are still around, but I always thought they were synthetic. Ahlusion is reportedly synthetic tobaccos now. MyVapeJuice has closed for several years now. Does anyone really know if they are actually buying Tobacco flavors or synthetic substitutes anymore ? HHV is holding on, but the old guard is fading.
That's why I am satisfied with DIY Tobacco extractions. Yea, there have been some failures along the way, but I am still vaping quality real tobacco flavors.
