Thank you Mel. Seems he just want to argue and tries to put a different meaning into something that plainly was not said.
I tend to forget this thread isn’t our own private backyard bbq. We’re in a big public park, and anyone can join or eavesdrop.
The hardest thing for me is in text you can’t truly get someone’s intention because of the lack of social/visual/tone clues. I try not to read too much into things, save myself any aggravation lol. Especially right now, I think we’re all a little on edge and cabin fevery. I know I’m cranky.

I believe you are exactly right. It's some kind of combination of flavors that brings the magic out in chocolate. Opinionated posted a recipe for milk chocolate a bit back using some expensive Medicine Man flavor (I know I got that name wrong...don't remember exactly) along with a few other flavors. I wasn't going to pay $25 for a little bottle of chocolate flavoring but I tried a makeshift recipe trying to get as close as possible. Still working on it but I have to say it did surprise me a little. Not there yet but at least worth it to keep working on it for now.
I believe it's Medicine Flower but I don't have any.

It sucks we can be blind on our fav stuff. I hope you get to taste chocolate at some point. I like it a lot.
Some of the chocolates taste grassy and/or soapy to me but then there are a number of them that aren't too bad. Most of those are rather weak or have more of a tootsie roll or fudge flavor than strictly chocolate. They're good but as a dedicated chocolate addict I'm simply looking for a home run choco flavor. I admit I am being very picky when it comes to chocolate. Looking for chocolate rapture. :)

What is it you mixed that surprized you?

Chocolate has been like that for me. I love it irl. A lot. Invested wayyy too much in trying to find one I like in vape. Maybe down the road I’ll revisit it. Tastes change over time. But currently, it’s a hard no.

It's coffee for me. Everything tastes like the sludge left at the bottom of the pot by a disgruntled coworker.

I went through seven versions of the blueberry cookie recipe I was trying to make. The seventh one was usable and I did go through probably 30-45ml of it but the blueberry flavor never did really wow me.

So what are your favorite blueberry flavors to use in a recipe? I am willing to try an eighth version of my cookie recipe.
I haven’t found one that was truly a fail for me. I get juicy, ripe blueberry. Honestly, I think I got the duo from you, then added a little bilberry (?). It’s blueberry extra plus can’t recall the other brand.
Have you tried going a different direction with it? Maybe blueberry with forest fruit or something? Might get the sense of blueberry by adding other berry types to get your taste buds to perceive blueberry.

I think the strength while keeping at least some of the chocolate qualities. Seems I find three categories of chocolate flavorings. 1) Grassy/soapy, 2) medium to milky chocolate but weak, 3) stronger chocolate but tootsie roll/fudgie. With this combo recipe I'm kind of getting some strength while keeping it in the chocolate range. Not there yet and don't know if I will ever get it there but I'm working on it. Still giving it less than a 50% chance of working but worth my effort.

Good luck:) So glad I don't have that problem too.

It is, I love coffee so much.
It was a favorite of mine for so long but I guess I overdid cause I can't vape it anymore. I do miss my coffee vapes but thank goodness others have filled in.

I appreciate any/all opinions on flavors and recipes. If I agree or disagree is irrelevant. I've gotten some great tips, ideas and recipes from these threads.
Couldn't agree more. My feelings do not get the least bit hurt if someone dislikes what I post. I understood long ago we all have our faves and not-so-faves...

@Bronze I want to thank you for the Acai. I would never have bought it if not for your thoughts on it. It really is a great flavor for me.
...and once in awhile it really works out well for some folks. :)
