Morning, mixers.

Rain continues, but heading to clear, sunny and hot for next weekend. They're talking low 80s!! Thankfully (?) a dry day or two first, or we'd be in a sauna.

Hi Fran, nothing much to say right at the moment. Watching the world, puzzling out what it all means. It's just a Monday.
If you find out what it all means I’d love to know :)

We’re in zone 9b, so generally spring garden stuff can start going in around Valentine’s Day. I usually wait until early March to put the tomatoes in. By July, tomatoes are ready to be pulled up, too hot at night for the blooms to set after early June. But, I will get a Fall crop as well. We even picked a handful between Christmas and New Years last winter!
Are your peas long gone by now? And your lettuce bolting?

I'm starting a new wish list for flavors... Acai (the good one) is first on my list! I have been eating these dark chocolate covered acai (and blueberry) and the more I eat, the more I must try it. Also very interested in black currant (years ago I loved the jam) Both flavors interest me because I have "nice" sweet ones like Kiwi and Pomegranate (and lemon, boysenberry, peach, mango, ect) need something different.
According to ID10-T, "TFA, FLV, and VT are the Holy Trinity of bourbon flavors--one for sweetness, one for charred oak, and one to booze it up."

Seems like there’s a trinity for bout everything for those that use them.

Several Bourbons are good , FLV, WF, VT, TFA Kentucky Bourbon is liked by some.it’s too sweet for me and not boozy enough,
Thank you... I knew I didn't want the TFA because it's too sweet. I actually want one with a "boozy" flavor.
