Good morning mixers, today is a new day :)

Going to try and beat the heat and get a bed built and filled before work. I have to wait until 7am though to use power tools or any loud stuff, just looked it up in the ordinance codex. The city zoning and code guys don't like us, so we follow their rules to a tee. If they harass us even though we are within the codes, then I just say.. well, I'd rather not say. Something unpleasant. I need to get better at letting things go, and I am, I can let things go very easily and move on.. but for some reason I just can't let go the grudge with the city. I've been here I think 6 years, but maybe I was just so used to being free out in the country to do whatever I please, within reason of course.

Edit: if it's raining, and it just started to :( I think I'll rewick some RTAs
Country to City? I feel bad for you. Not quite so bad for me.Not country but we’re outside the city and have a big back yard.

    Morning all.

Plans... maybe light of the latest debris pile, before the burn ban hits next week. After that, well, it will just grow and grow until fall.

With any luck my diy vapor supply order will be there when I get home. I ordered three flavors for a recipe that I saw and wanted to try.

Being a "city" is a joke, we're a town of 3000, and you go a mile out of town and you're in the country. But these guys have big egos, power tripping. Idk what their problem is, but they've left us alone this year. Probably because of covid though

We're outside of the City of Keene which is one of the smaller cities here, not that we have alot. Town population is 7000 but it's really spread out. The area we're in is pretty nice and with everyone having huge backyards it's pretty private.

For such a small "city" I'm surprised you have all the "officials". It's apparently giving them swelled heads.

I live about 15 minutes from downtown KC but it's about as far north as you can go and still be counted in the limits. When we first moved there, there were plenty of houses but not a lot of businesses. Now the drive from our house to my inlaws is just one business after another. I'd like something a little further out with more privacy but just can't wrap my head around starting a new mortgage when I'm probably seven years away from paying ours off.

Only good way to do that would to be to pay it off and then sell for enough to re-buy.

Good morning random folks :)Have you any plans today?

I'll be taking a box of juice to my post office for delivery to my SIL. I'll also mix new bottles of a new blueberry cream and the Lime Longing juice. Other than that I'll keep vaping and dumping the boring, cleaning and recoiling the attys.

I made 10 mls of the blueberry cream juice a little over a week ago and it is very good but it's got too much Koolada in it for me. I'll cut the Koolada by half, wait a week for it to steep and give it another shot.

Do you have a preference for WS-23 over Koolada?

I don't use coolant much but WS-23 when I do.

I've got a bottle of the Apple Pie Filling (FLV) but I don't have anything for the crust. Would the Inawera Biscuit work for the crust? If so, how much should I use?
    I'd go with 1%.
