They are @*RJ* from what I'm hearing about the Ares 2 I am glad I waited, but you just never know, airy to one person is something else to another.

So we have had at least 3 people look at the house (4 -5 hrs on market) and like, one is supposedly making an offer.

I hate a first day offer. Makes a bidding war harder. And you are like, "Do I go for the convenience of the offer and getting the house of my hands, that is A BIG ONE" or, "Do I tell them pay more avoid bidding wars," or do I just "Suck it."

I am glad the realtor fixed the photos. Somewhat. I don't GET realtors they seem terminally incapable of making or even SELECTING good photos. You would think. The photos are like, BEARBLE now. I think I hurt my realtor's feelings but I was like, "Marcy, come on. Think like a buyer. If there is no picture of the kitchen you, or *I* anyway am going to go, "I don't think I will bother."

Meh, we will see what happens. I did not want to hurt my realtor's feelings but I would not have gone live with those photos. Everyone who saw the bad photos saw the house with the bad photos ONCE.

    Realtors are odd, though. LOL.

It would be so nice to be rid of it quickly. That is the other part.

That is not going to be necessary I do not think. Our neighborhood is rated as the safest part of Pima Co. We don't even have any homeless people and the city is SWARMING with them right now.

Cop car--- crazy lady. I would NEVER buy a house with a cop living across from me and I LIKE cops I just don't want to live near one.

The average American commits a felony a day and I like to think there is a nice church group who is gifting me all their felonies. I pray that sometimes. I mean, I'm sure it's not deliberate-- Usually. I had NO CLUE going over 20 miles over the speed limit is a felony in AZ but it totally is for example.

ALSO LIKE I HAVE MONEY FOR A COP CAR AND THE HOSUE IS GONNA SELL CRAZY fast anyway!!

LOL but thanks for the suggestion.

Then consider getting a dead cop car as an investment,,, rent it out. Most law abiding citizens like the idea of a cop in the area.

Our first house was a cute 1926 bungalow,,$17,000 , area was run down,,,, city decided to give houses to cops but they had to live there for 5 years. That area is now called Bricktown in okc. Friend posted a modern twist home 3 blocks from my old home,,, $800,000.

Thing about neighbors,, if you have good people,, they get better when someone takes initiative,, ie ,we got really big into landscaping,,, then it kind of became a thing- a community good thing.

So I made my first vegan tacos. I liked them better than the meat version! Son actually ate a roasted cauliflower floret. And will never eat them again. I made roasted cauliflower, red/orange/green bell peppers, onions, and sweet potato with spices. Put that with some avocado and hot sauce on a flour tortilla and it was awesome.

    Right, that's what I thought!

One more question, since you're a Zenith user--is Ares 2 comparable to the Zenith/Zlide coils flavorwise?

In my opinion, no so far. I’m getting better flavor from both the zlide and zenith. I have one of each in current use with 1.2 coils and the flavor is better.

Before the Chinese stole his US Patent, before Gub'ment "Deeming", before "Cloud Chasing"....
When many were "tilt 'n' swirl", dripping, and punching cartomizers....
When the Provarinati Saloon, REOVille, and the Big Thread were rolling 400 or more posts a night....
Robert E. O'Neil (founder of REOS Mods) modified a basic 18mm dripping atomizer into a bottom feed rebuildable for his customers. Originally from Empire Mods, Rob bored a hole up through the center fire pin, groved the feed channel under the bottom of the deck, and opened a port through the porcelain deck just below where the coil would be. Easy feed wire ports and Phillips head screws on the two post set up. No wasted space inside, and a small air port to allow a cigarette-like draw. Easy and forgiving, this little flavor monster was a favorite of REONauts for years.
I've been using two every day for about six years now. Done the Veritas, the Hellfire, the Hornet, the Smoevesto (authentic and clone), the Galaxies, the Atomic, the Cyclone, the the Chalice III, the Siren 2, the Berserker, the NarDA, the Strike, the Achilles, and others I can't even remember.
    Still prefer the RM2.

I liked and still use the siren v1. It’s got enough airflow for a restricted dtl and runs great with a simple round wire coil at 19-21 watts.

Speaking of cauliflower..I made a low carb cauliflower salad. Just like potato salad except subbing out for cauliflower. The trick is to cut up in pieces like one would for potato salad. I blanched the Cauli for 5 minutes..cooled off with ice water then mixed my favorite recipe. I used real mayo, fresh dill, black pepper, onion, pickle, brown mustard (1/2 teaspoon). Hubs ate it. I use what I have on hand.

    Yikes. TY

I’m probably going to switch the ares over to my menthol tobacco where flavor isn’t important. It’s more about the menthol and the TH. I hate when I fall for the hype on new gear. I haven’t given up yet. I’ll try one of my tried and true recipes first and lower the coil some before giving up.

Wish I'd read this a bit later. It would've made a lovely bedtime story. What dreams it would have spurred!
