I went to a chiropractic place and got adjusted. I feel better but I will probably look for a place that relaxes the back before adjustment - this place didn't do that and they do not have massage. The wife is upset because she says we have chiro through our insurance, but I was hurtin' and she was sleeping so I just went.

Lawyers will bargain with a prosecutor in order to get the violation reduced. You have to pay the lawyer and also pay the court fees but don't get points on your license that way.

I thought all tickets for cars were called "moving violations." Speeding, running a stop sign, etc.? In fact, if a cop can JUST convince a drunk to shove his key in the ignition, BOOM DUI "moving violation."
I don't think I have ever heard a ticket/DUI/etc. If you are in an accident and not the offending party, it's not a moving violation. If you ARE the offending party then yes, it is a moving violation. At that point. I THOUGHT??? So I was always told and I know some cops (happily and tragically.)

A ticket for parking in a handicap parking spot is not a moving violation. Not having a registration, paperwork, insurance, etc.. are example of non moving violations you can be ticketed for..
Also... somehow???? My husband says we are now "path people" I don't possibly believe him but he says it's true!! I MEAN??? WE were in a 900 square foot apartment with all that stuff and we have PRUNED!! Severely!! I don't understand. Oh so we are path people now and I am SO CONFUSED the apartment HAS to be 1200 square feet. I am staying here to do yoga today because I drove the husband back after he dropped off the truck. He is very bad at keeping his mouth shut. At one point he was yelling "OMG OMG I AM GOING TO DIE!!!"
I was like, "That's NOT HELPFUL you know! Nobody in this car is DEAD." Everyone thinks I am this terrible driver and yea okay maybe there are times I should wait to take a swig of diet Pepsi but I have not had an ACCIDENT in like 11 years OR moving violation in over 5. My family are JERKS and they can ALL die, is how I see it. Grr. They CAN all just die perhaps in someone ELSE'S car. It's not fair. I admit I am a mediocre driver but you know there is room for mediocre on the road and they could trust my creator! It's getting like with my mom. Whenever we drove anywhere in m car I would just silently hand her the keys. It was easier. I am gonna do it with my husband I think,

I actually enjoyed giving blood plasma. Not only was I helping people, but I sat there for about an hour watching movies, I got snacks, and I got paid for it! I gave twice a week. Oh wow. That reminds me of the day I went to pay a speeding ticket I think it was? I wanted to extend it and do traffic school I was eligible. So first I tried parallel parking (I left it late and had to go to the courthouse to pay too move it to traffic school only I was one day too late so like I had to pay 260 bucks or something. Prior to entering court, I tried to parallel park. There was this large gold SUV behind me, and I TRIED to park but bounced off what I THOUGHT was the curb. So, I was like, "Nah, this is too much for me today, like and I can't. So, I found this LOVELY isolated spot not far and could not believe my luck.
So... I came out and there was something on my windshield. My meter had run out but also, I FAILED to notice um, it was a HANDICAPPED space. It was a 300 dollar ticket!! So I was consulting with my mom on how much I should say to the husband about that fateful day, and she was like, um, JUST tell him you failed traffic school if it were me I would QUIETLY pay the parking ticket. SO I was GONNA but 2 days later well, I unfortunately got this letter in the mail from this lawyers wife who was like, "You hit me here are pics of the damage here is your license plate, my dauggher is a witness I'm just getting in touch in case like you did not REALIZE which we felt might be a possibility call me or I am calling the cops. So, I showed it to the husband who called lawyer dude and went and looked at my car and was like, "Yep there is indeed gold contact paint on the correct side of the car, I am going to pay this thank you for giving us the opportunity."
Only somehow he also WANDERED across the unpaid um, ticket for the handicap space. WORST possible time. That was a dark day in the Anna household. Man. The husband was like, THAT SPEEDING TICKET COST US TWO K WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU??? OMG ARE YOU SAFE TO MOVE AROUND?"
I should never ask my mom about lying she always gives terrible advice, also , I think to say "Well, no one got HURT at least," well maybe I meant it in a heartfelt manner (I did not) but it came off flippant. It was. That was the pre quitting smoking pneumonia days; They were bad

It was a very nice surprise! I have a ton of the Vaporesso GT coils. I wonder if they will fit? I'm just gonna have to try some of this stuff this weekend.
