Hair came out great.
Way to go "Red" ;) Did you know my wife's maiden name is "Red" (Irish I think) and when she was very young, she had red hair (but from the other side of the family... go figure) Most of her life, she was "strawberry blond"... still is (I'm so jealous... turning grey myself)

That is awesome. Kudos to you for having the drive to get all of that set up.
Thanks, I have more to build but man I kind of burnt myself out after that 8th bed.. all that while working 40-50+ hrs a week. When things need doing, I always have an "extra gear".. but the additional beds to be built really don't "need" to be done.. yet. I could have got so much done the last month or so, but I felt burned out.

I think 8 is a pretty good number. You can always just add more down the road right?

Thats all we can fit for 4x8 beds. Next up are long and narrow herb and perennial beds. I.e. 2x16 or 2x36. Trying to maximize just about square inch of our city lot to grow our own food.

I think that is great. Homegrown produce is the best kind. My neighbor has a nice garden and gives me tomatoes, cucumbers, and whatnot all the time.

Give a thought to raised beds. Easier on the back.
