I hope to make a order soon. I'm really concerned about people reporting that they are coil killers. I don't have time to make coils right now.
In the past I tried a brand by VASH and they were coil cloggers.
I haven't found them to be bad cloggers at all.

Anyone looking to have a freezer for their nic, and their food.. i can highly recommend a fridgidaire with 'even temp'. So far so good.. even empty I was very surprised to find it go from room temp (about 63 F) to 20 F in a matter of 20-30 minutes. Even has a nifty green LED to let you know it's on and operational. I haven't put all my nic in it yet, just some to test the waters. I was a bit nervous even though I thought I filled them correctly. Now I can stock the freezer with my nic and be done with it. I haven't tapped into this supply yet, and it's in amber glass.. but I would venture to guess it's home in the dark in my basement in boxes has been just fine. It's been there about a year. I'll be tapping into it soon when I mix next, so I'm curious to know whether there's been a color change. It went in clear, and I'm willing to bet it still is.

And happy birthday @dennism I hope your day is a great one :)

I have a question for all of you esteemed DIYers. In the next couple of days, I will be bottling up all my nic. Is it recommended that I shake my liters of nic up before pouring them into the glass bottles? I seem to remember seeing that advice on here before, but can't remember for sure.

Also, unrelated but important, Happy Birthday @dennism!

@FranC and @hittman , what percentage do you mix them at? BTW, I already received shipping confirmation... that was fast.

I usually go 8-10% on most of them that I have.

I guess I should have looked it up myself, but this is what I did when I bottled up my nic. My "logic" told me that it would be best to shake it up and make sure the nic was evenly distributed.. maybe I'm wrong? I hope not

    No Perique?

I know, right? It was always a favorite back in the day. I can't remember but I think one of the ones I chose has it blended with another varietal. If I like these I'll probably go back and order it... When I get these I'll mix all 7 in 8ml sfts and let them sit for 2 to 8 weeks; tasting them all in that time frame window.

@Letitia said elsewhere that "very few use any MF above 0.5-1%. Most only use 0.1-0.4%." I think you're right: 10% solutions will be in order.

@FranC, I got the grapefruit, along with butterscotch, coconut, raspberry, peach, blueberry, orange, mango, and guava. It was an expensive experiment in optimism. Even at half price.
I would encourage anyone dipping their toe into MF flavors read the big MF thread on elr taking a look at the recipes on the other side.

I personally don't. I see on Facebook in the DIY groups I am in that people say, "shake the hell out of it". My mindset is that it traps a lot of unwanted oxygen in the pg or vg and I think that is a vector of sorts for oxidation.... but don't go by my word. I can be pretty .... about certain things.

My first ever batch of nic was from heartland and it turned a sort of amber/orange color.. presumably from oxidation.. but I've been vaping it ever since and I haven't had any ill effects or funny tastes. Probably some minute sort of degradation in nic strength. The batches in the amber glass are funnily enough from Nic River, and was absolutely perfect.. which apparently recently has been sending out dark nic.

My first batch of nic got used up. The nic I'm mixing with now is clear as a bell and I bought it from ECX 7 years ago.
