I don't know if it's been mentioned already... Bull City is having a 15% off sale.
You had to say this! :) I really want to try a few SSA flavors.

In regards to Gremberry farms one shots. Last year I bought a few of them. I personally did not care for them. My taste receptors are non receptive to these one shots. (I think what I tried was not so good). However, take that with a grain of salt cuz I also take chemo meds for autoimmune which is known to alter taste. They did taste like TFA flavors. That I do recognize and TFA is a flavor brand I stay away from.

Has anyone tried Gremberry Farms Solo's?
A few of their flavors sound interesting.

I know I have Dryad and Thrashberry. I just got the thrashberry a few weeks ago and haven't tried it.

I just checked my list and I have Gremberry crunch and white gremlin but have not tried either.

Because I really thought he had taken care of it. Because once I entered the Phase of Detox, I had already contacted him. Because he is only open a few days a week now, so even if I do call, I may not get an answer.

I will tell you whut. This has been a "pleasant" little tolerance break, and I am now going to email just about EVERYONE I know in the area, including two of the MH boards I used to mod at but have not needed in some time, to get doctor's recommendations.

Because I cannot like, MAKE my doctor refer me (I mean... .now it is TWO dang psychiatrists. One for ONE thing and a neurologist for the diazepam does he think I am made of DOUGH?)

I'm like gonna HAVE to get on it though, that is for sure. Husbando is out getting my Neurontin as we speak and I bet some other stuff too. I had to Promise Him I would not raid his weed stash which like, it would take a seizure or something as it is pretty illegal.

But yeah, I cannot wait out Pdoc, like, he has less motivation than me by FAR.

There is this brief moment when you are like, "OMG I am going to feel better" and then right after that you are like, "OMG I gotta get caught up on THIS, on THAT etc."

But, @FranC, it is actually really hard to find a new specialist after 13 years AND what has gone on with controlled substances over the past OBAMANATEYOU years. I mean, I would not be on this regimen had I not had ONE pdoc during that time, and a chill one.

So now I get to cut back on everything either way, just gonna have to JUMP. I think I will feel happier doing it if I am not paying the guy who was all "TAKE AS MUCH VALIUM AS YOU NEED" only to turn into, "I don't want to prescribe that," guy. It still royally ticks me off.

Of course, I could totally report him AFTER I'm done but you know what they say about Stockholm syndrome.... I wonder what they say, anyway? Like, "We all find ways to cope?" "It's good, it's bad, it's both?"

I get you'd be all on top of it, but I really thought he UNDERSTOOD when I was like, "It is illegal for you not to find me someone." Etc.

I should ask his LAST secretary, the one who retired, she was smarter than everyone in the BUILDING but she like, MAY have retired out of the country, even. LOL.

What does SSA stand for? I have never tried them myself... I need to order some sweet cream VTA so perhaps I'll add some SSA flavors to my order.

I always hate getting like ah notifications on Bull City Flavor sales. That is a great site.

He also sent me to bathe as I was awaiting my fateful text from Walmart. He has detoxed off Neurontin himself he feels my pain. With that said, he also told me "whatever new soap you are using smells like old lady, cat pee, and sweet and sour sweat." I was like.... Hmmm... Well I suppose YOU could pick me up some of the freaking uh, 18 dollar bottle of Dr. Bronner's soap I much prefer, but like, I was going for economy." I told him I had purchased "body soap" of the "equate" variety (I think it is a Walmart Brand) and it cost 97 cents and was proving to be like, soaplike.

He told me I should post his description on the "equate" website, (I don't think they have one?) I was like, "Look, (exasperated)... you are telling me this NOW so really, I think you are doing it out of FEAR.... Like, I am too weak to kick you without falling over and if THAT is what your discerning NOSE thinks, perhaps you should consider using your discerning NOSE to find me a middle ground soap because I am HERE To warn you, I have the "coconut" version coming up next. Also, do you think it is KIND to let me leave the house everyday smelling like that, Mr. Discerning after you told me I was a feckless spendthrift PERSON despite my making more money than you? After you like, are all enthusiastic about my "Value Brand" diet pepsi experiements?

AFTER I BREAK a strut going off the road (I had to ask what that was) and I drive it ALL the way across country just FINE because I love my car so much it hurts, and etc?

I told him his car was way more expensive and he said, "Nope, because I had to like buy mine reluctantly used." I had to agree it was TRUE though, but I did point out I might have been able to continue strutless for a LONG time because it's like 6 or 7 years old now, it has over 100 K miles on it and all we did was the oils and filters one time?"

In any case, he found out they make A SNOW TIRE for it and like he was all afreak about needing an alignment and like some thing that fits over the tire (hubcap?) we don't really need. I was like, "Dude, since we have not replace the TIRES YET perhaps we need not WORRY about an alignment since perhaps I can get SNOW TIRES and do it right then? He also wanted to replace the clutch out of well, guilt, I guess, and I was like, "Honey, don't be an idiot. WHO knows what will happen to/with that car. I am not replacing my clutch for my driving PLEASURE when like, frankly, to be HONEST, well, I am very sorry but ah, I have adjusted. We can do the clutch when it is NECESSARY which may be never if we just... buy a house, fix the car type deal."

IDK. I think we may have entered the house buying winter doldrums and whatnot I guess we will see. But, I refuse to SETTLE like, I'm not buying a house on like 0.5 acres just because.... Winter is coming.

But yes, winter is coming. It would be nice to be settled in a nice house, man.

The husband turned up the thermostat to 77 I am wearing long underwear and STILL the detox sweats. He better show up soon.

Oh well, tomorrow is Friday, whatever that may mean. Probably that I can struggle through, I hope.

Okay. I guess I reluctantly wait. I need to find me a decent shake and vape recipe to try.

    TFA Pomegranate 6%
    VT Pudding base 4%

It's great shake and vape but does change some with steeping.

Anyone else ninja hoard food? Every time I grocery shop I buy extra, but not too much.. so I'm not that guy. Unless there's chow mein (mine) noodles involved. All is fair in love and war with chow mein noodles. I've accumulated over the spring, summer, and fall a decent cache of dry and canned goods to make it through the winter.

I have my 2 old fav FA coffees in my cart in 10ml because I don’t know if I can vape coffee again. I had ssa Sour lime on my wishlist but not getting it til I see if I can vape lime again. I decided to pick what I hope is a decent cherry to see if I can vape cherry again. I picked FLV black cherry. I may change that for a cheap one though cause it’s very iffy.

lol I did and the first thing I noticed (Ooooh besides TWO bottles of Dr. Bronner soap, he must really hate that equate stuff), is a SLIGHT lifting of pain in the brainstem, that lizardly place that wants to strangle living things? It's AWESOME.

The husband was like, "Uh, if it were ME, I would keep the momentum going. I was like, "Oh dude, yeah I am cutting that sucker by TWO THIRDS." I'm not doing it AGAIN.

Sometimes less is more but yes he has returned and provided my bladder is better I have to go to work tomorrow and I have 3 weekend tasks: ORGANIZE BIG TIME and b) like start figuring this stuff out. Yoga. I'm glad I have little else going on. Heh.

WV is such a.... it's one of the FEW states that will not send you Neurontin without a VET script. For your dog. LOL. I looked. Creativity... IDK. I was like, "Man, WV believes in Suffering and I suppose the husband will be fine, and PERHPAS their statement (work's I mean) of "We don't drug test you but I mean, don't use drugs" is kind of code for, "We use the leaf here, and it's natural and to get off your benzos over-educated and medicated woman, I suggest it."

Meh, though I am a bad, bad driver eh? I have no doubt of being fine DOING that... until I break another strut and some cop field sobriety tests me.

But I was saying WV is HEALING me and it is apart from the Neurontin and now I know. I gotta start this whole plan all over but now I know NO NEURONIN is way worse than no Ambien.

But when even your out of state pharmacist is like... Ah, good luck with that, well you gotta just suck it up. Maybe there is a super brand new kind of like oh I give up. I probably in earlier days could feel just LIKE this, and be coal mining ALL Day today.

WV can make me grow up and I am ALL for that. If I could be on lithium, Seroquel a SMALL does of Neurontin and maybe reduce my Adderall? That seems to be easy, the Adderall for me. It often is for the ADHD because it slows you DOWN.

In any case.... New plan or whatev. I can cope at the current moment.

I hate the lizard brain it always makes me want to eat the dog and poison neighbors way too much.
