Some pies are really really good.
The house is okay I think. I have no freaking clue. I sort of am in the mood to start digging my next house, out back, with a shovel, in the ground. It's like complicated in a way I refuse to think about. It's overpriced so it's like is the owner gonna understand that.
Also, I should be put right after a GOOD night of sleep. I am rather tired but not able to start taking my sleep meds yet.
The house is not bad. Would be a reasonable place to uh, have a home office. If necessary.
You kinda work really hard to not make that much but I could make the husband do billing. He is good at it. Plus, no one bosses you.
I am finding out this is the time frame most fairly talented folks have to start their own practice because they get so tired of incompetence and ....-kissing being promoted (I swear to god I am often at work LONG after the head of social work) and the associated BS, they either switch fields or deal with the associated credentialing and well, other stuff.
IDK. I will say this, I'd rather have this confrontation FAIRLY EARLY now and then people know if and when they can tread on my toes. I am ready to back down for no one. I don't care about you, how long you have been there, you CAN NOT DO TO ME WHAT YOU DID TODAY it is evil. I will point out that patient care should come first in EVERYONE's MIND and if the "head group" did not care enough to find out WHICH GROUP OF PATIENTS was exposed, which was DOCUMENTED well, they don't care at all. I will call them ALL OUT.
NOTHING I said was unreasonable although it could have been more tactful but I am just going to note I get tactless when my brain is deprived of rest as documented by my doctor's letter (new doc) which was speedy and good.
