and happy Thanksgiving. My wife and I celebrate our anniversary on Thanksgiving. It all started on a misfit Thanksgiving party 10 years ago when we lived way way, way up north, and none of us at the party could make it home to our families. The best Thanksgiving I/we have ever had, so one could say.. I'm thankful for that day The stars aligned for that moment in time. I don't know the exact date, but it's impossible to forget our anniversary as it's also Thanksgiving (even if the date changes every year)

I got out of bed and took a step with my right foot and it was like dead/numb and it hit toes down and to the wall I went. Somehow stayed up, hit the doorway and got my foot under me. Whew! Now my foot hurts but I'm sure glad I didn't fall.

Yep - Same "Single Old Disabled Retired Man & Curmudgeon" plans today . . . Except gig to best friends home in West Palm Beach for an Outdoor Thanksgiving Bar-B-Q & Dining on a Portuguese Meal instead of Turkey . . . YUM ! ! !

Have a great thanksgiving day! I'm about ready to jump in shower go to work and come back and shower again. I don't feel like eating today. I had a lot of carbs yesterday. Still haven't ordered from bull city flavors. I can't decide between them or River supply (RS sale is tomorrow). In addition, RS has MCT oil I can use for coffee (keto/low carb).

Did most of the prep work yesterday. My small meal for four is ready. Peanut Butter Cheesecake with chocolate ganash topping.I will send this baby home with one of the four. (after having a piece)
