It's 36 outside here and a very toasty 73 indoors. Winters have been abnormally warm and mild in southern Wisconsin for many years.

I am convinced winter snowstorms we would usually get here have gradually shifted to the east of Wisconsin over the last number of years. We've had no snow this year yet. That is unusual, not that I'm complaining.

This coming week we will be back up in the 40-50's. That is not at all normal for Wisconsin. Weird.

I guess I just assumed winter in Wisconsin was miserable. Glad you can enjoy a mild winter.

    Geekvape Aegis max, question.
Every once in awhile it will go to 100 watts, without any buttons being pushed.
I'll pick it up to vape and get a hot dry hit. Anyone else have a similar problem?

I have one in rotation but have never had that happen.

It’s 54 and sunny outside, and 65 and sunny inside. I like it cool inside and would smother with temps over 70. But I’m weird. I’m actually thinking about opening my window and turning the heat off.

So I input 8 recipes in elr. After I cut my son’s hair I’ll be mixing. Kind of excited! I’ll be using flavors I’ve never tried.

I enjoy the milder winters. But our farmers not so much as they rely on decent snowfalls for their fields.

Snow provides soil moisture crops need to grow. Winter snowfall helps during the growing season because of the stored moisture that works its way down into the soil as the snow melts.

Global scientists have proven this is the result of one thing and one thing only. And I cannot go there as are there are some here who are anti science and head in sand types. However, it is becoming more difficult for them to deny the facts and the data. 98% of global scientists (experts) are in 100% agreement on the cause and its effects.

I would sacrifice mild winters in a heartbeat for the benefit of our farmers. Too many have gone under in recent times. I am no fan of corporate farming. Real farmers are a lifeblood of the USA.

I didn't realize snow helped farmers, but it makes sense after your explanation. Well I hope for their sake you folks get some decent snow. Just avoid the blizzards and ice storms.

My performance evaluations are a joke. They make us write our own.

Well, at least they are not IMAGINARY. Me too, next year (writing my own.) You know, I used to be realistic about them things, but I am going to write my first one where I am DELIBERATELY SAINT like, because you can get hired with "DV, Check kiting, and DUIs," apparently so REALLY I AM THE BEST.

I am not saying I never drove drunk or broke the law but somehow I was smart enough not to get caught. Anyway, whatever... There is also all that BS as far as "checking 10 charts." For stuff. There is NO WAY that is ever going to happen. My supervisor has informed me to control a list of my "achievements" and I am doing so but really, there are times where like, I want to write "I did not kill a supervisor today" but really.... Probably not best written out. They don't seem to like emails of distress especially the one that said, "I don't do scripts I am a social worker not a telemarketer" LOL but that was after the emergency room "event."

I wrote one of apology a couple days later indicating I did not consider the term "telemarketer" to be an insult and in fact I had a family member work in a call center and it is HARD.

I just said I couldn't contact people about a medical issue without a medical DEGREE. I pointed out I had begged and begged EVERYONE to give me even the most RUIDIMENTARY guidance about the medical issues and perhaps "Go to our ED or contact our primary care department" might make sense (although it DIDN'T because I was being told they were BANNED from VA services and like, I was really sorry but I was new to the VA and WV and in AZ depending on county they would be sent to their health department and actually they were a bunch of BIGOTS for assuming telemarketing was bigotry, because it was a hard job and most "Scripts" were supported by "supervisors" who came to answer questions and stuff, and there were various ways of doing that but MY supervisor was gone.

Working for the government is a true joy but like, at least I'm not halfway to suicidal. I am starting to find this funny.

I really MUST like bathe wash my hair, I gotta henna it tonight, it's not like the husband is gonna get action. Also, yoga must happen plus these dang vapes.

I wicked one of my ammits and am trying the ssa milky strawberry. It’s pretty good but the strawberry is a little weak to me. I definitely taste the milk and strawberry. I’d probably add another 1-2% strawberry to it.

Just about up to this point it has been abnormally warm here. Looks like we’ve finally settled into winter weather, at least for now.

I agree. I live near West Bend and right now it's 36.8 degrees. No snow yet. I hope we have a mild winter.

On another note: I signed up with the national guard to have a covid test next Tuesday. I hope I don't have to wait hours in line. I'm super sick. I haven't been this sick since 1995 when I had the Flu (only time I had the Flu). This is similar but kicking my dupa (that's polish for ....). :) Right now I'm trying to keep it out of my lungs. This is the first time in 10 years I had a sickness like this. Usually, my body just attacks the liver and shows no signs of infection. However, this time is different. I'm pretty sure I have covid.

Luckily, I mixed a lot of eliquid for myself so I don't have to worry about it. You guys have a great day! Stay healthy!

Thanks for that, got a good belly laugh outta me. Good thing I wasn't drinking anything or vaping. I haven't heard "dupa" in quite some time. :D

My father-in-law was fluent in Polish and Ukrainian. He would even make some of those traditional gross smelling dishes. Like blood soup. First time I smelled that I nearly chucked up everything. You couldn't pay me to eat some of the things he made. Yuck and gross.

Koolkiz, I hope you get well real soon. Take care of you!!!

I grew up around Polish decent folks. OMG some of the food was great! Some not edible like blood soup. Hubs is 1/2 polish/1/2 German. I picked up some Polish words from working in Chicago land as a kid. I use to get cussed out in polish. LOL
