Random DIY mixing and More

Looks like I’m getting an early Xmas present of sorts. I got a text from DHL that I have a package being delivered today. I’m sure it’s another item for review.

I fed my birds, squirrels, and chipmunks yesterday. A tiny squirrel dragged a corncob to his tree and kept dropping it while trying to climb with it. Looked out just now and it’s gone. Success! It’s fun to see the crows scatter when a little chipmunk runs through them. I do love my crow family though. A couple of days ago that same squirrel would get a piece of corn and furiously bury it in the yard over and over. I love watching them. When I walk out there to feed them you can hear all the animals calling out to each other. Food is here!

I managed to mix my aged bourbon cream and fix up my rta. I realized I didn’t use enough rayon (yuck...tasted awful) so I stuffed a big wad under the existing wick to make it tighter to the mesh and it’s much much better.

I ordered another pulse 2 this morning...couldn’t resist the sale at artisanvapor. I also picked up a case for my two 21700 batteries that didn’t have a case. It was bugging me but I kept forgetting so I’m glad I remembered this time.

I haven’t been using my mesh tanks lately.

I’ve still been using the ry4 cream recipe but have been using holy ry4 instead of the double. It’s much better. I know I’ll eventually run out of the holy v1 so should probably try it with the v2 soon.

Just finished the laziest mixing session ever: slopped some berries into some very well steeped cheesecake base (one of Fran's), some oranges into some very well steeped milkshake base (Skeebo's), and a weird hodge-podge of not very compatible flavors that I chose because they were all on the same side of the single case I had out into some very well steeped shortbread base (Ella's). Didn't measure anything. Didn't take notes.

With my luck, they'll all turn out to be the best things I've ever mixed.

Merry Christmas Eve everyone...

MIL leaves on Tuesday.... she told me the other day that she feels closer to me than she does with her daughter. I have obviously hid my true feelings well. The whole experience has been like a severe case of constipation.
