Good morning random folks :) Have you any plans today?
Morning. My only vape related plan today is to try to find new recipes to utilize CAP Sweet Guava in. I have a couple mixes with it that are go-to's. But I think I might be getting flavor burnout. Need to mix it up.

    What about you?

Gotta be my '72 red 240Z like this one. Mine was heavily worked on, and lowered slightly. 4 speed and original twin SU carbs that had a domed top not the cheap japanese clones. It was raw power with no frills.

I've had three 2 seaters. The most refined, that we still have is a 2001 BMW Z3, with a 3L engine, and 40K miles on the odometer. There's something special about BMW braking, the car squats down

I never had a muscle car but not for a lack of effort. I found a 67 Chevy that was original but needed a windshield and some minor engine work. I was in high school and didn’t have enough to buy it and asked my dad to loan me the rest but he didn’t think it was a good car for me. Later I found out that he was thinking about buying it for himself. I also knew a guy that was selling a 63 Plymouth Fury in high school. It was hot rodded with a big engine. He started the car and my dad said no way.

In case some of you have the Innokin Kroma-Z kit and want 1 of the 510 adapters for it...or have the original Sceptre or the newer MTL one, and would like some of the MTL/RDL pods and/or new MTL pods....Innokinstore.com has all 3 of those things. The 510 adapters are $3.99 each and either of the Sceptre pods are $4.99 each. S/H is dirt cheap, too...at just $3.00, even for several of them.

    Kroma-Z 510 Adapter

    Sceptre Pod 3ml - original MTL/RDL one w/0.5 and 1.2ohm coils

Sceptre Pod 3ml - newer MTL one with orangish bottom and 0.65ohm coils

If you want the tighter airflow of the newer MTL Sceptre, you don't need to buy a whole new kit. Just get the new MTL pod for it. I never tried the original Sceptre, but the new one, with the tighter airflow and 0.65ohm "seaweed" fiber and cotton coils...has really impressed me. It's not too warm for me, and the flavor from it is terrific, IMO.

Morning, mixers, and happy Sunday :)

It was a struggle but I was able to change them but not without losing a little blood.

I am always surprised if I work on a car and don't bleed a little (and curse a lot) Did it run better? How did the old plugs look?

Heck, it seems that, for me, if I DON'T draw some blood I'll need to redo the work!

Hope you did put some silicone grease inside the boots, Hitt. Will make later removal a lot easier, and adds some water resistance as well. Rubber boots, even the hard ones, have a tendency to "bake" onto the plug ceramic over time...

What was everyone’s favorite vehicle they ever had?

    Hmm.

    First car, 1965 Renault R8,

Red, though, not orange. The front was trunk.

    Favorite...

Probably my 1960 Austin Healy "bug eye" Sprite, same color as this one.

Once challenged a 'vette for a down-a-mountain road race, he declined. The Sprite could corner a lot better. (He countered by challenging a race up. I declined, not nearly enough horses! We both got a laugh out of it) And yes, the Sprite did have the REAL dual SUs, great carb as long as you remember to keep oil in the dampers!

My car list. And my Dad owns a shop and has always had a million cars sitting around. So yes I was spoiled, but he also loved cars and loved giving them to his brood. The three cars he gave me, I always gave them back to him with no money exchanged. Unlike my brothers who would sell for a profit. :pervy: He gave every grandchild their first car. Special and talented and loving man.

    1. Green clutchless VW bug (Dad gave me, he was the town VW mechanic...I loved that car!)

    2. Tan Cutlass Supreme (Dad gave me, I gave it back and he ended up selling it to my fiancé at the time for $1,000 and he drove it for freaking years)

    3. Black Cutlass Ciera (college graduation gift from parents, got banged up and sand blasted during Hurricane Andrew, gave back to Dad to fix up to give my niece her first car)

    4. Brand new black Ford Mustang (my dream car I bought after getting dream job...probably a ‘96 or ‘97...some of my wild years after breaking up with fiancé of 10 years...RJ hit the town!)

    5. 1997 gold GMC Jimmy (First “Mom” car I bought in 2000...I traded the mustang I had just paid off since it was not conducive for baby car seats...that hurt but I had to do it)

    6. 2007 black Chevrolet Trailblazer (brand new...I paid dearly for that thing but I had it for 13 years. It was fancy with gray leather seats and a sun roof and lots of doodads. I drove the wheels off that thing and it had well over 200,000 miles when it started having issues every time I turned around)

    7. Black on black 2017 Toyota Rav 4 (my current car, it was 2 years old when I paid cash for it and traded my Trailblazer. I wanted a Toyota Tacoma but I have to drive my parents around at times and needed one Mom could easily get into. I like it a lot, but I miss my leather seats and sun roof. It halved my gas usage as the Trailblazer sucked the gas. Considering I drive a minimum of 60 miles a day to work and back, it’s a big deal)

I will never buy brand new again...those two cars and their payments finally broke me of that. Guess I grew up and now I’m just boring.

I considered mixing a couple but I still have too much. So my plan is to get the next mix to vape. I only have about a half tank left of my last mix.

Another favorite car I had was a 2008 silver PT Cruiser convertible that we called Windy. I kinda had to buy it because when I was test driving it, my daughter was in the back seat the whole time yelling, "Buy it! Buy it!" I think the sales lady paid her off or something.

Thanks for sharing that. I did want to try the new pod. I went ahead and grabbed a 510 adapter and a new mtl pod to try on the sceptre. I’ll have to dig it out of storage.

I always wanted one of those years ago.

My current one is one of my favorites. It’s a 2013 Jeep Liberty Jet edition. My boss let me order it to my specs from the dealer. It took a few months from order to delivery. I had a 2002 Liberty before that for a company vehicle. It was a tank in the snow. I swear that one was near impossible to get stuck. We keep our company cars a long time so it’s nice that he lets us pick within a certain price range.

My Dad gave my brother a ‘67 or ‘68 or ‘69 Camaro (it was a special model but I don’t remember which year...I’m thinking ‘68) as a teenager. They worked on it constantly and we called it bondo baby. My Dad drove it to a car race one night and someone stole it from the parking lot. So he gave him another one and they painted it Cherry Apple red. He would race it every morning before school (he always won). He drove me to school and I would have to get out before the race.
