My doctor just called with an automated message that they will be receiving the Moderna covid vaccine soon and they will let us know so we can schedule our appointments. Thank goodness! Anyone else excited to get their vaccine like me? Or leery like my parents and my son? I'm getting it! I want to do everything I can to not get covid. And I'm pretty certain my employer recommends we all get it as well. I just talked my son into getting it with me...he really does not want to do it though.

Well - I am in this group Over 65 and preexisting conditions (COPD, Diabetes, Heart, Overweight, etc) . . . AND - Although I am quite hesitant, I am a Vaccine advocate, especially for seniors . . . So it's inevitable I'll get the shot . . . However, none of my doctors can get any vaccines for their patients or even staff, just for themselves. . . . Actually, didn't know what I was going to do until last night, they finally opened a preregistration portal for you to sign up to get an appointment at one of the locations in the county . . . Now all I have to do is wait for them to contact me to follow-up and ask aditional question to confirm if your eligible for the appointment . . . .And we all know what that can be like, matter of fact, got the covid test and no matter how often I called the number they gave me - it took them over 6 weeks to send my results for the covid test I took via snail mail (Negative). . . Just Sayin' . . .

Taking that long for test results is useless.

I'm not worried about getting it. Just like most vaccines, the good strongly outweighs the slight chance of a side effect for most. I doubt I will be getting one anytime soon though. I'm not an essential worker and not in a group that is high priority for the vaccine.

I'm wondering now if my doctor's office means within the high priority groups. Dunno. My son and I both got a phone call and a text saying that the vaccine was for their patients only. It will be interesting to see. I bet they prioritize them. Either way, I'll be getting one as soon as I can.

As well you should. If I was offered one I would take it right away. But I just know for my area, they are only doing the folks who work in high risk jobs. I think starting soon they will be doing people with medical conditions and people 65 and up. I'm sure every state or region might have different distribution methods.

I just bought a liter of the Aged Bourbon Cream flavoring by Real Flavors out of Canada. I love that stuff. I calculated I can get 100 bottles of mix with that liter using 10 ml per 100 ml bottle. If I use 10 ml per 100 ml bottle once a month, it will last me 8.333 years. Every two months it will last me 16.667 years. Can I freeze the flavoring to make it last? Or refrigerate it? Has anybody ever frozen flavoring?
I bought a gallon of Azure Vaping's Hypermint before they stopped shipping in 2016 and it's been in the fridge ever since. I did rebottle it in glass after a while and it's been as good as when I bought it. I recall Robino1 saying she stored liquid in the freezer with no problems but I can't recall if it was flavorings or premix.

You should be set for many years to come!

That’s right! Robino would freeze her Heather’s Heavenly Vape premade juice. I’m thinking of getting a liter size glass bottle to freeze mine. Although my freezer is full of nic so it may end up in the fridge.

I put the gallon in my cart but it was out of stock......I don’t feel crazy now.

I've read/heard (don't remember where) that some flavors separate when frozen and shaking them up after thawing doesn't restore them.

Freezing e liquid might work given the small proportion of flavoring; an undiluted flavor might be a different story. I'd test a small amount beforehand, if I were you.
