Hope it's OK if I ask a non-vape question here. This is my only social media place.

I'm looking for office chairs. Been getting the same ones for me and the wife for years. They're comfortable and fairly cheap. But they don't last too long and the faux leather covering disintegrates. Every time I stand up I have to brush little pieces of black plastic off my .....

We need new ones now and I was thinking of going upmarket a bit. Maybe real leather would last longer and the mechanical parts wouldn't break so quickly. Maybe some more adjustments. Any suggestions for good office chairs?

Actually this would be the chair I sit on when I mix juice or rewick so really it is vape related.

WELL - First might I suggest that you & "wifey" move up to an open weave seat and back that offers fantastic support and are ergonomic chairs - similar to this one . . . .

As for finding the right one . . . It will depend on how much time & effort you are willing to put into the search, but I was lucky enough and found my desk chair in second hand store - it was the Humanscale ergonomic chair which normally cost over $1,000 new - however I only paid $50. . . Another GREAT office chair is Herman Miller Aeron Chair . . . You can also check out a few different ones at both Staples / Office Depot for the same type of chair, they both have frequent sales on Office furniture, including the pricier Chairs . . . Or even a Used Business Office furniture stores in your area too (Google showed a number of them in the Indianapolis and online also) . . . Just Sayin' . . .

My entire office got new chairs about a year ago and it was so difficult! Of course we had a budget and leather was out of the question. We visited tons of office supply stores, and had some company approved vendors send over samples for us to try. I like full padded arms attached to the back, back integrated with seat so they don’t move separately as well as a high back so I can lay my head back, rock and swivel, and height adjustment. I’m short too so my seat has to not be wide or my legs stick straight out. We finally found two that we could choose from. I had great luck ordering my son’s chair off amazon at an amazing price and since he’s a large man I got the extra large oversized. He’s been using it for years and it was under $200.

Every time I try a mix containing a coffee flavor, the results are always the same. Burnt coffee taste!
Same. I declared no more coffee after the last mix I did with it. Just awful and overpowering. It went on the no buy list along with floral flavors.

Peet's Coffee we like all of them but I am especially partial to the Major Dickinson's Blend. Peet's is a tad pricey though.
Another ECF Peetnik!

I've been drinking only Peet's coffees since the 80's. I order direct from them, beans are roasted and shipped same day. Major Dickason's Blend is one of my favorites. I always have some MDB and a few others on hand.

No, we don't use the iCloud. Most of the photos are getting buried within the file system, and not in a pictures or photos folder. But from what I gather, macOS saves your entire photo library as one file rather than individual photos in a pictures folder. I might have to do some messing around later. Might be that the correct photo library file wasn't loading. Just seems to me for something that is a premium price it should be a flawless and intuitive system, and shouldn't require detective work. I've never run into any of these kinds of problems with Windows, which is the OS, and its many iterations, I'm most familiar with and have been using my entire life. I have about 18 terabytes of data on my Windows/Linux PC, I'd be going absolutely insane and probably committed to an insane asylum if 50% of my data went missing.
Your photo's are stored in the iPhoto Library which is located in the Home folder by default. Control click "iPhoto Library" then Show Package Contents to get to the Originals folder where you will find --- wait for it --- your original photos. By default there is only one iPhoto Library per user. There are utilities which allow you to manage multiple iPhoto Libraries. :)

Thanks! I'll check that out later

I haven't ordered one yet, but I've heard nothing but good things about this company.. Crandall Office Furniture - Remanufactured Office Chairs & Chair Parts
They refurbish top of the line office chairs, i.e. Herman Miller, and Steelcase to brand new condition and sell them for much cheaper, and include a 1 year warranty. These high tier chairs should last many many years, but buying brand new MSRP the price tag might make your eyeballs pop out.

I don't have a lot of experience with Apple products. I tend to stick with what I know. Windows might have its issues, but at least I'm used to it.
I'm one of those Linux users (on a PC) Been loving it for years ;) Ubuntu is so easy to use. There is so much free (open source) software too.

Anyone have much experience with WF Fluffy White Cake? I'm vaping a SFT of it right now and think it's pretty good. Good flavor, but not too overpowering.
Haven't tried it but I'm ordering JF Yellow cake if you are interested in my opinion on that. Getting 11 new flavors and will do SFTs on all of them.

Thanks, I never ordered from them direct. I bet it's fresher.

It is good. I currently have it in a strawberry recipe.

    Somewhere between here and there
My nutribullet blade almost locked up the other day. I did my morning smoothie and there was a burnt rubber smell. At first I thought it was the motor but it was just the blade. I ordered a two pack on Amazon and added the python coding book that bark suggested. They arrived today. That’s one thick book. I hope I stay motivated to get through it.

I turned over my office chair and tried to find the brand. I’ve lived here 19 years so it has to be over 15 years old and not a mark on it with a lot of use. I’m not sure if it’s real leather cause I’m frugal, but it is showing no signs of peeling and it feels like sturdy leather. I couldn’t find a brand but I bought it from Walmart and I know I didn’t spend much. They have nice chairs that are very reasonably priced. Mine doesn’t rock but it’s such a good chair it doesn’t bother me.

Funny, mine did the same to me. Although I think I am burning the motor out as well... I get this burnt electrical smell from mine when I don't cut the frozen fruit up fine enough.
