I graduate to tea after coffee. Evening brings a small bit of soda and thermos of ice water.
Mixing a tasty yogurt recipe is so easy. Yogurt plus your choice of fruit and you’re done. It’s when you start adding other flavors that things get iffy. I have one more recipe to mix which is a simple raspberry yogurt but I’ve added a little TFA VBIC to it. Gonna be a 15ml mix.
And I bet by you the full moon is gorgeous coming up over the Atlantic. Sunrises too.I'm very fond of the moon. My favorite phases are fingernail and full.
I have. I only did one mix with it though. It fell way short of knocking my fav yogurt off it’s throne. That reminds me, I still have not touched frozen yogurt WF. Have you tried it?
After 2-3 cups of coffee I switch to decaf teas. I haven't had any soda since the 80's. No alcohol either. At night I drink room temp water. I make ice cubes but never use them in drinks. Dog gets them all. She totally loves ice cubes for treats. I can't imagine trying to break up an ice cube in one single chomp like she does.I graduate to tea after coffee. The same here with the coffee and decaf tea. I don’t drink much soda at all. Rarely ever have a drink. I don’t find room temp water good. Has to be ice cold for me.After 2-3 cups of coffee I switch to decaf teas. I haven't had any soda since the 80's. No alcohol either. At night I drink room temp water. He’s a cutie. One of my gd’s is getting a new Shepard pup. He’s super cute.I use to give ice cubes to Kai. His stomach was so sensitive that he would immediately throw up after. Buster likes them though... I am sure they are soothing to him now that he's been teething. I think he just has the canines left to come in.
I don't have a good view of the east. and, even if I did, I'd rarely be awake for the sunrise. My big kitchen window and sliding door face west, though, toward the water (not open, sadly--there's a spit of land beyond it), so I have easy access to sun- and moonsets. And I bet by you the full moon is gorgeous coming up over the Atlantic. I like heading down to Lake Michigan and watching the Moon rise. Sunrises too. It's very relaxing and pretty. Soothing.
The little I drink is GingerAle or Coke.My soda consumption is limited to the very occasional medicinal Coke (the caffeine and sugar help with headaches).
Hitt, did you get an answer to your question on FB about an alternative to Chef’s?I usually allow myself one can of diet Mountain Dew a day if I want it. I used to drink soda all day. Now I drink mostly coffee and water. My wife drinks a lot of diet soda. I don't honestly know how much a day but it seems like she's constantly looking for sales on soda.
