The pain level in my bad knee kicked up to a very sharp pain I could not even attempt to put any weight on yesterday. Standing in one place for a few minutes tended to make a couple of steps tolerable and It took me about 15 minutes to make it down about 6 feet of hallway. Thankfully no pain when I'm off my feet. Was not happy to find the same pain was still here this morning. ATM it seems to be better. I have fingers crossed on that.
That's not good. Do you have any sort of knee brace or sleeve for support you can use?

Knee pain sucks. I've had 3 acl and mcl surgeries in my left knee stemming from my days racing motocross. The last time I tore my acl I elected not to have surgery and just quit racing instead. My knee occasionally locks up and the pain is unbearable. A cortisone shot is my only relief.

naproxen and ibuprofen always seems to work well when I have minor episodes.

I hope you feel better.

I'm thinking you know what I'm talking about. I was born with some kind of a knee problem and remember my Mom rubbing my knee when it ached. The ache just went away and the knee was great til I got around 60. It started bothering me a bit more all the time. What was the last straw was one day I was coming up the front steps with an armful of wood and actually heard the crunch in my knee. Been downhill since then.

I had ACL surgery in my right knee due to a skiing accident and so far it hasn't given me any trouble. I'm not quite 60 yet, either.

vape mail x 3 today! I got my Recurve dual that I bought from @AvaOrchid. Pretty little thing, all rainbow in color. I can't wait to try it. I got the coils and pods for my Freemax autopod 50 from Everest and I got two sense Arrow kits, one in black and one in blue, from Skyvape. They are going into my stash. I can't have enough dual 18650 battery mods.

I love my recurve duals. Is this your first one?

Yes. Do you pair them with your Battlestars?

Yeppers! I have yet to find a rda that can knock the recurve off as my number 1 dual coil rda.

I have tried many different builds in the recurve and the one I like the best is a coil with an inner diameter of 2.5mm, with the coil legs rather long at 9mm.

The 9mm raises you coil so it sits right in front of the airflow.

The 9mm measurement can be achieved with the nifty little measuring jig included with the recurve. If you don't have it let me know because I have a lot of spares and I'll ship one to you.

My knee was bone on bone and I would hear it crunch all the time. Got a knee replacement in 2017 and the best thing I ever did

The two were a Pistacio RY4 and a Cannoli Be One clone. The creator of CBO even posted in the group that the CBO clone was almost spot on with the ingredients and percentages.
where is the CBO recipe? Please share
