OK, this is scary. A company called iVapeSupply just cut shipping to over 20 states and NH is one.
I got an email from iVapeSupply about that this morning. Based on what a guy told me from Avail Vapor when I called them yesterday...March 27th IS the date when vendors are supposed to start keeping records of buyers, their addresses, what their purchases were and what they cost, etc. and keep track of any/all taxes that apply and/or are due on those purchases in certain states (ie. sales taxes and specific other ones some states have on vaping stuff only). He also told me that's the reason many websites are shutting down online ordering from them by March 27th...not because of the mail ban, since there's no set in stone date that will take effect yet.
It's possible the states IVS has stopped shipping to...are those states.

It's definitely not sales tax related. Texas has high sales tax (due to no income tax) yet is not on the list.

I have a cart going at ecigmafia and myvaporstore. Ecigmafia will increase shipping on Monday. MVS has already done it as of today. $16.99 shipping.So is this really what is happening? The shipping charges are just being increased with adult signature and we can still buy stuff? I'm confused.

Despite the new regulation, MyVaporStore is still committed to serving everyone and will remain operational to provide services to all our valued customers. We are currently working with regional and local carriers in building a network for us to be able to continue delivering our products to you. While being compliant PACT Act regulation, all vape related items will require an adult signature to receive the package. ( An Adult Signature fee will be automatically charged to all orders. ) We will not be able to ship to PO Boxes, APO, Hawaii or Alaska.
