This poison ivy is the strangest thing I've ever had. Most spots are getting better and are no longer itchy, with the exception of the place in the crease of my elbow. That one still itches. And then today I see another tiny spot on the pinky. So weird. Dad wants to come cut it down and I told him NO! That stuff is a huge vine and it will splatter on him. No way. I'm gonna have the entire tree cut down. It's too close to the fence anyway and it's not a huge tree.

Yikes. I now have 2 FT orders pending. One is waiting for a drip tip which won't be in stock until 4/6. I'm thinking of just cancelling the drip tip. I just placed an order for Dovpo topside dual squonker. I was going to wait on that, but they had a coupon and I got $6 off. Now you all are saying that FT isn't shipping their packages?

PayPal's policies prohibit buying and paying for vaping items through them. There's no buyer protection on prohibited item purchases. At least that's what their policies say anyway. The vendor likely knows that. So I'll be very surprised if PP will be of any assistance at all. In fact, they'll likely stop the vendor from accepting payments via PP any more. It could possibly also affect your own use of PP.

I knew paypal had been cutting off some vendors and not others. I didn't realize it could affect my account. I placed an order with Health Cabin this morning and they accepted paypal.

Is it truly against the law to order vape stuff from the USA? I mean I could claim ignorance. Or is the date sometime this month? Does anybody really know the cut off? Kanger still has free shipping over $75, and there is a place for state tax but none shows on my cart. What will happen if I order?

I don't think it's against the law. Just not supposed to ship USPS and I would assume that anything that hasn't had a pmta submitted on it yet isn't supposed to be shipped to the US but I don't know this for sure.

    Good day everyone!

I know. I wanted to grab more, but Innokin Store stopped shipping to US...

Do you guys think it's still OK to order from HC or Sourcemore?

Oh, my FT order placed on March 11th (with all items "in stock,") seems to be lost. Ticket opened.

ETA: If I may ask, why have you changed your Sceptre coils? Something wrong with them? Leaks?

I have an order coming from Sourcemore. It cleared customs and went to Forest Park, Georgia. That's the stage I worry about because it's DHL ecommerce. It seems to be headed to Memphis, Tennessee now which is where USPS will accept it.

That's the stage where my Thelema mod went MIA.

I have another Chinese order from Oxva in customs now.

What is this "track and trace" business I'm hearing about when ordering now? I read it on other threads. Anybody know?
From my understanding the vendor/entity has to register with ATF and send detailed invoices on who purchased vape items. It was signed Dec 27, 2020 and vendors/entities had 90 days to comply. There is a lot of disinformation in regards to this act. I read somewhere where vendors themselves don't know the law. I don't even care anymore. Bottom line is this: when one purchases from a vape vendor-that vendor must report the sale to ATF and the required taxes must be accurate, etc. This is where track and trace is mentioned. All sales will be verifiable. I think I could buy a gun easier.

The vendors they've been cutting off have likely come to PP's attention in 2 ways: (1) People have filed disputes against them. During the dispute process...buyers have to tell exactly what item(s) they've purchased from that vendor that are in dispute, post links to the item(s), explain exactly what's in dispute (item not as described, wrong item sent, etc.). PP will know and can see immediately that the dispute involved vaping products. (2) The vendor's website or business name included reference to vape or vaping. Otherwise, there's be no reason for PP to pick & choose just those vendors.

It can affect the standing of your PP account because their User Agreement says users must agree to abide by their policies in order to continue using PP. You were likely still able to purchase from Health Cabin because no one has delved into your recently filed dispute yet...to see that it involved vaping products.

EDIT: The above is why sellers on the Classies request that there be NO mention at all of vaping, ecigs, etc. in the message box shown on PP...when a member makes a payment for an item(s) from the Classies. Also, because of PP policies, there IS no buyer protection by PP for vaping things bought/sold on the Classies. Doesn't matter if it was paid for via either method on PP: Pay for Goods & Services (seller has to pay a fee to accept the $) OR by the Send Money to Family & Friends method (seller pays no $ to accept it). Their BP policy doesn't cover disputes about prohibited items.

Good morning. I ordered what was shown as a lost vape ub pro tank with 510 male threaded base from a website called Vapormo and received the order yesterday and it was just the pods with no base. I emailed them and they are being jerks and said I can send them back at my own expense for a refund. They made the mistake of telling me that they were going to change the picture on the website to avoid confusion and immediately changed the picture before I could go take a screenshot. I paid with PayPal so told them I will file a dispute if I have to. They were snotty about it and said I have no proof but I have the email with them saying they were changing it. It wasn’t a big order but am not happy how they are handling it and may contact PayPal just for spite.

I got yet another email from Vapormo a little while ago and they are standing their ground and are willing to do nothing about making my order right. I am going to go file a dispute with paypal.

you could also dispute the paypal charge from your bank or whatever card you used to pay through paypal....
I had to do that after someone hacked my paypal account and paypal wouldn't do anything about it, even though I told them that they hacker is using my account which is linked to my bank and withdrawing my money. My bank reversed all of the paypal charges and put a block to stop it from happening anymore.

paypal is the middle man ;) so if they give you issues, go talk to your bank/creditor/ect....

Well, now I know more. I will cross my fingers that they don't close my paypal account. The only reason I used paypal was it was my first time ordering from them and felt like it provided some sense of security. I guess it doesn't. As small as my order was, I would have thought that the vendor would have at least offered a partial refund instead of having me go to paypal and them having a chance of losing their paypal payment option.

I see. So I’m not seeing how this could hurt me except to maybe pay state tax once they find out about my purchase.
